I am extremely disappointed with the way this betting site has handled my account.
I submitted all of the requested verification documents nearly 24 hours ago and also emailed them directly. I received confirmation that my email was received, but since then I have had no response at all—not even an acknowledgement or an update from the finance team.
My withdrawal is still pending, and what makes the situation even more concerning is that I am still able to cancel the withdrawal and continue gambling with the same funds. This should not be possible while a withdrawal is being processed. It feels unfair and irresponsible to allow customers to reverse withdrawals and keep playing instead of processing their requests promptly.

I’ve genuinely had a good experience with WinPlace overall. My previous withdrawals were processed smoothly, and the website has been enjoyable to use.
