Fairly fast shipping, great prices and good quality

Ordered blower motor for car but they sent one for left hand drive and my car is right hand drive. Put my car's registration in at time of ordering and it said it would fit my car. Haven't been able to return it as the returns page on their website just times out. Tried doing return on their return email address and it just gets blocked and doesn't send. TOTAL RIP OFF.

Still can't do return on their website as still just times out. Still can't send email on their returns email address as it still blocks it and won't send. Can't get through on their phone number. No one from their company has been in touch with me Simply no way to return item. Now stuck with a part that I paid over €60 for that I can't use. Avoid this company at all costs. Would give minus stars if possible. Buyer Beware.

I ordered a passenger site brake calipper.
You send me from the chauffeeur site and when i contact you your internet site was down.

You just dont have the passenger site calipper in stock..you just send the wrong part !!!

Terrible way of making buisiness.

This was my first purchase, overall a pleasant experience, order was processed fast and dispatch to Ireland. Safely Packed and arrived in perfect condition. Although delivery was delayed but that's on part of courier and can occur due to unforeseen conditions. Will make a 2nd purchase definitely.

I ordered a blower from winparts.ie, so a Irish website.
I received the blower but for left hand drive. Before I ordered it I checked on their website my Irish registration plate and it confirmed that it is the correct part. I paid now around 40€ for shipping it back as they don't accept that it was their mistake. Website is misleading and customer service is vey bad.

This is the order reference. Ordered car part on 18th March. Still nothing and no reply from customer services. Paid €10 for 2 day shipping. Never again
The worst thing about these guys is they tell me about the delay as soon as they take my money for 2 day delivery. So obviously they were fully aware of delays but were still happy to charge me for 2 day delivery that was never going to happen. Thats not a company to be trusted.

Do not use this company.

Fast shipping and good service, but packing of cans could been better. A lot of large dents on cans, just luck they did not break.
Each can should been wrapped with bubble-plastic AND secured with scotch-tape. Now they just had put bubble plastic inside the parcel and put 4 cans inside the parcel. Will shop from Winparts again, but will ask them to pay more attention to securing the cans.

Order a resistor from Winparts got the part pretty fast but it didn't work, and I understand that errors can happen.
Emailed the guys to ask for a refund or replacement and they keep asking me for pictures of the part which I said is not damaged, just doesn't work.
Every few days different staff members are asking me the same question, looks like they don't read the previous emails.
Completely incompetence or just carelessness from them.

It was very to surch on your site for the part. payment, transport and delivery went very well, appreciated the messages informing withmore accuracy the delivery time at my door step. thank you and keep up the good work.

8Waiting 1 month to be told I can wait another month to get a product I didn't ordered, service is absolutely terrible and I'm sure I'll have to wait a week now to get a refund even though they took the money straight away. Do not deal with winparts worst automotive parts supplier i have dealt with!!!!!!

I got a email only on Saturday saying the first item you said would be dispatched on the 10/03/21 was not available which was a full Month from which I first ordered. I tried ringing 7 times and emailed on the Saturday. The email Saturday said I would be waiting till the April for the for the alternative item to be dispatched. So I did reply and the email did not say the item was available for immediate despatch

I ordered a shipment to Sweden. When it arrived one out of 10 pieces were missing. It turned out UPS had broken one and repacked the goods with no comment. Winparts solved this rapidly and sent the missing part. Excellent service and quick delivery (faster than internal Sweden).

Great custom floor mats, perfect fit for my vehicle. The only thing that could have been improved, would be if the edges were a little stiffer - and truth be told they're more like 3 or 4 cm than 5 cm tall - but that's just nitpicking. For their price level, these mats are awesome.

I ordered a small exhaust gasket which was under four euro from winparts .ie because it said it would be delivered the day after tomorrow paid nearly eleven euro postage it's now five days still not arrived I emailed two days after the order to cancel and was told it's to late to cancel it hadn't even been dispatched total rip of don't use them it's not an Irish company but uses IE on advertising

So far so good robust pump works well have changed my wheels around with the jack made light work of my VW Touareg curb weight of just over 2 ton
