There was a problem with the delivery and Winparts sorted it out and my delivery arrived.

I am very happy with the product it was just as described and very good quality . I have knocked the fifth star off because I thought the postage was expensive and it took longer than some others may have taken to ship and deliver it !

I only ordered a water cap but postage was £9 ? I was also ordering from a .co.uk websites expecting the part to comes from the UK but had to wait for it to come from abroad ? obviously taking a lot more time when I wanted the product sooner.

Beware of buying anything from this company! Selling not original Castrol oils that I have evidence of. There is no customer service just to rip you off.
They totally ignore the law so there is no consumer protection for purchases. I am disappointed that I had business with them and they got away with my money. Please look at the other negative reviews of the real customers, then you see that this is totally the fact.
Don’t give them any money or you will be very disappointed.
By the way I have contacted Winparts many times and I have evidence of it but were never reply to my complaints. I have filled a report to International Trading Standard for selling copy and not original products. This is my own and honest experience with evidence and I have lost money to purchase from this company. No customer service provided to my case at all.

Quick delivery and parts as requested. Delivery charges were quite high but goods did come from the Netherlands. Would happily purchase from this company again should the need arise.

Some parts were broken when the parcel arrived, which looked as if it had been damaged in transit. Winparts asked for photographs and immediately agreed to send a second set of the parts, which arrived very quickly. I couldn't have asked for better treatment in the circumstances, and all their emails were very quick and courteous.

I bought some wiper presses. They do the job ok, though I have not as yet had an opportunity to see how they perform on the motorway. There was a short, but not unacceptable, delay because there was not enough in stock to meet my order. However, I bought twice as many as I needed because I did not appreciate from the advert that they came in pairs.

Think of the worst rogue firm you can (or read about), and Just multiply by factor of 10. Best of luck ordering with these.

parts were cheaper than expected and arrived quickly

Spent £987.00 Firstly the wrong, parts delivered then correct parts delivered late, boxes damaged in transit and parts had obviously fallen out and were missing, some were damaged. Trying to sort this out is a nightmare, customer service is a joke. Emails sometimes get a vague response saying sorry and a promise of sorting it out. The reality is they don't sort it out and will not answer the phone. AVOID AT ALL COST.

I ordered a Car-Bags luggage set for my Fiat Spider 124. It was £20 cheaper at Winparts than elsewhere.
I contacted Winparts a couple of times after my order was confirmed because It was not clear if my order would be delivered complete and on time.
My emails were responded to almost immediately and I need not have worried, my new luggage arrived after 1 week and well in time for my up-coming trip. Very pleased.

Replacement light unit arrived very promptly,replaced in 10 minutes ,v.happy😁

Cheapest pattern part on the net with quick delivery I could find, came well packaged. Delivery charge is a bit high but considering I save £200 on Kia price I'm well pleased. Would highly recommend Winparts.

Reasonably priced, order was dispatched quickly and I was really pleased with the Hapro roof box cover purchased. Delivery was a little expensive, they never attempted to deliver to my home, but delivered to a nearby UPS agent, this meant I stayed home for no reason. I'm still happy with my purchase and would use again.
