Don't purchase these directly from Winix becuase if you have an issue you will need to find a huge box to send it back, and it will cost you a fortune to return it.

I've had two of their T800 air purifyers go wrong, with the exact same problem. One I returned to Amazon, but the other is still in my house, and it's a £200 paperweight.

They even tried to infer that my cats sitting on the product may have caused the issue, when my cats were unable to access the second one that just broke.

Absolutely disgraceful customer support from Winix. I own a Winix Zero Pro air purifier and the replacement filters have been out of stock in Spain for months, with no end in sight.

I emailed Winix support and was told the filter would be back in stock "soon". That was obviously a lie, since weeks later there is still no stock anywhere.

Winix is happy to take your money for the device but has no interest in supporting it afterwards. If you cannot guarantee availability of basic consumables like filters, you should not be selling the device in this market. Avoid Winix, you will be left with an expensive paperweight and a support team that lies to your face.

I bought one at full price that came with two filters operating at 99%. The refurbished one I bought from you was about half price, contained only ONE filter that says it's about 69%. I wouldn't call that a terribly good deal.

Received what I ordered in a timely manner.

The service was good. I didn’t receive a tracking number or any information on delivery date after ordering. I called and spoke with a representative and they emailed a tracking number. All was good in getting delivery.

Great company. I have been ordering filters from you for several years and have never been disappointed. I have 4 units and have had success with these filtering the air in my home. I have asmah and 2 dogs. Wonderful customer service too.

This is our second WINIX air purifier, in fact it's the same model only updated. The discount we received due to the sale was terrific and now we have 2 units. Both do a great job. Delivery was on time. Would buy again!

The UPS delivery time left something to be desired though--took over a WEEK to receive the order (and it shipped from the Midwest--should have been no more than 3 days).

This is my 5th Winix purchase. I have always loved the easy way to clean the prefilter, I vacuum them off weekly. My latest purchase has a true charcoal filter that will really make a difference here in Idaho as we are inundated with wildfire smoke every year, smoke from CA, OR, Southern Idaho and Canada. It is miserable and so unhealthy. All have the true hepa filters, and the new 5510 has the true carbon filter. Winix has always had great customer service as well! Delivery was smooth and fast.

Received our air purifier and got it set up; very simple. It was well packaged and the price was comparable to others. Waiting for results.
