Das erste Gerät, wäre es ich erhalten hatte, war defekt und ich erhielt lange keine Antwort. Ich wollte bereits aufgeben, doch dann meldete sich der Service endlich nach Wochen. Aber sehr freundlich brachte alles in Ordnung. Mit dem Gerät bin ich sehr zufrieden.

I purchased the above detox machine which is probably only use once every couple of weeks to clear my raw food from chemicals and parasites. I naturally assumed this was happening.

I am however deeply concerned that this machine does NOT work and is not fit for purpose.

I picked blackberries from my local hedgerows yesterday, came home, put them in cold water and set the machine to automatic for berries. I would have assumed any parasites and chemicals would be removed or killed. When I looked in the water after the cycle I could clearly see a number of small maggots wriggling around.

I therefore put the machine on automatic, parasite mode, the maggots were still moving after the cycle.

I then tried automatic heat treatment mode, yet still the maggots were moving!!

I am deeply horrified that this machine isn't what it states it is! Therefore all this time I've assumed my food was being cleaned yet it isn't. This doesn't give me any confidence that it could possibly remove other contaminants either.

I have taken videos to demonstrate this to back up my evidence and I await your urgent reply. This is an expensive machine and it is an utter waste of money as it obviously doesn't do what it was purchased to do. All this time I trusted it, and it gave me peace of mind, yet now I have totally lost faith in it.

Ordered a HiRange Ultra and HiStand (Order #3420). Checkout promised shipping in 3–5 business days. That was late April. Reality: weeks of chasing, a split shipment, and the second item pushed from “two weeks” to “early July” while the website still looked like normal stock.

I cancelled. They shipped anyway. When I kept the first unit (return wasn’t practical once it hit local post), they offered a 20% goodwill discount that later looked closer to ~15%. On 25–27 June they said in writing the HiStand refund had been processed. In July a shipping notice still appeared, they admitted it had been dispatched via FedEx, and then offered another “20%” if I kept it.

Their About page sells a global manufacturer with UAE production and sales across “70 countries / 4 continents.” From this order and what I’ve since found, that doesn’t match how they operate: lead times behave like made-to-order via supply partners, not ready stock, and the “international presence” looks more like virtual offices/mailboxes than a transparent retailer. I needed samples for a larger rollout and have since sourced comparable gear elsewhere with clear availability and turnaround.

Would not buy again. Do not trust their ship dates, stock presentation, or refund handling until fulfilment actually stops when they say it has.

I bought the "Milerd Detox 2" and I had to insist on having it two months after the purchase. Once I received the product less than a month ago that I was using, it suddenly stopped working. It no longer charged or turned on. I wrote to the assistance that they replied that I had to send it back to an address in the direction of Slovakia and that they would check and understand why it had broken and in case they would send a new one as a replacement. Since last June 22, this morning I see the defective Milerd returning because no one had claimed my shipment. I gave them, as requested, the postal evidence and the expenses I had to face to send it back. It's a shame!! I hope and hope that I will get an immediate refund, otherwise I will activate a formal request through legal means. I am deeply disappointed with this product and the company that, in my opinion, robs customers.😡🤬

I paid an absurd $844 for my Milerd Detoxer 2. I waited 1 month after ordering before contacting customer service about the status of my order. They were quick to respond with their apologies and mentioned that they were “restocking their warehouse” and that they would “prioritize” my order after hearing of my concerns. The product was soon shipped to me and delivered. HOWEVER, I DID NOT receive a Milerd branded product. I received a Mira Safety Food Detoxer. The box had slight damage on the outside and showed clear signs of rough handling. The seal sticker had clearly been depressed or tampered with by a fingernail or similar tool, but the seal was not broken, when I opened the box the inside of the box was damaged, and the protective “plastic” covering of the product was only partially covering the product and was very sloppily put on the product and hadn’t even been properly “sealed” to the product, indicated tampering or sending a pre-used or refurbished product. Their website now lists the product for sale for $531, which now after reading reviews of similar experiences shows that I REALLY got RIPPED OFF. I will initiate a chargeback as well as pursue legal matters as this is a clear breach of contract (wrong product delivered), deceptive trade practices, and misrepresentation on the efficacy claims. The efficacy claims are the weakest part. Ozone and ultrasound do reduce surface bacteria and some pesticide residue. But claims about removing 99.9% of heavy metals are not physically plausible — lead and arsenic taken up into plant tissue cannot be washed off the outside. Also, ozone generators used indoors are a respiratory irritant; the EPA has long warned against home ozone devices. Shame on you Milerd.

I placed an order (Order #2876) for a "Detoxer Prime" device on December 20, 2025. While the device briefly worked when I first received it, it malfunctioned very quickly and became completely non-functional. To make matters worse, the unit was supplied with an EU plug, which is completely incompatible for use in the UK.

I have been in contact with Milerd customer support since late June 2026 to resolve these issues. After much back-and-forth, they promised to send a replacement unit. However, instead of a new, functional device, they simply sent back the exact same faulty, defective item.

I am deeply frustrated by this lack of professionalism and the deceptive handling of my case. I have paid for a product that I have been unable to use for months, and the "support" I have received has been a complete waste of time. I strongly advise others to be very cautious and avoid dealing with this company.

I was promised a brand-new replacement.

Instead, I received a completely different branded product. I ordered a Milerd Detoxer Prime, but the replacement arrived in a box branded MIRA Safety, not Milerd. The box appeared to have already been opened, the packaging looked unprofessional, and the device appeared to have been previously used. To make matters worse, it came with a US plug instead of a UK plug.

When I contacted customer support, they then told me that the product was actually called MIRA DTX and claimed that the MIRA DTX and the Milerd Detoxer are the same device with different branding. This explanation only came after I complained. Receiving a product branded "MIRA Safety" while being told it is actually "MIRA DTX" is confusing and highly unprofessional. It seriously undermines confidence in the company's quality control and branding.

After everything that had already happened, I found it difficult to trust that this replacement was genuinely new or that it would even perform as advertised.

The entire process involved repeated mistakes, multiple emails, long delays, and constantly having to chase customer support. I have now requested a full refund.

I cannot recommend Milerd based on my experience.

Absolute junk from a garbage company. Like all other reviews, after 2 month wait I started a charge back, they sent one out the next day. It was obviously used with a euro plug for the US. Would not charge. 3 week process to send back and get a new one. It doesnt work right out of the box, another euro plug. I cannot belive anyone runs a company like this. Its refund time.

I paid for an item over two months ago, and it still hadn’t arrived. Every time I contacted customer service, I was told they were waiting for stock. However, their website continued to advertise the same item as available with delivery in 3–5 business days, which simply doesn’t make sense.

The lack of transparency has been extremely frustrating. If there is a genuine stock issue, customers should be told honestly instead of being misled while new orders appear to be prioritised.

It’s particularly disappointing because I previously bought one of their devices several years ago, and it worked well. Based on that experience, I trusted this company enough to order again. Unfortunately, this experience has completely destroyed that trust.

After raising a complaint, they suddenly dispatched the item the next day, and I have now received it. However, the product is exactly the same as the one I purchased three years ago. The website shows a product branded “MILERD” with three rings, but what I received has only one ring and appears identical to the older model I already own. The onboard computer is exactly the same, and there is no noticeable improvement or difference.

To make matters worse, the item I received is not even branded as Milerd. It appears to be sourced from another company called MIRA Safety. This is extremely misleading and unacceptable. I have also found that this product, the MIRA Safety DTX-1, is available online for around £226, yet I was charged £399 for it, which is completely unreasonable.

I paid for. Milerd detoxer 2 not the first gen of another company!! You guys are scammers and I’m reporting you to trading standards.

This entire experience has been very disappointing. I no longer trust this company, and I would not recommend them to anyone. I am now requesting a full refund.

An Absolute Nightmare — Do Not Buy from Milerd!
I have completely had it with this company. I ordered a fruit detox wash on April 26th, and my experience has been nothing short of a frustrating, months-long ordeal.
Here is exactly why you should avoid doing business with them:
Absurd Shipping Delays: It took an entire month just for the initial order to be delivered.
Used and Damaged Goods: When the product finally arrived, it was entirely obvious that it was used. The unit was covered in visible scratches and water spots.
Wrong Specifications: Despite the fact that I live in America, they shipped the device with a European plug, rendering it completely useless to me out of the box.
Terrible Customer Service: After weeks of exhausting arguments back and forth, they finally agreed to accept a return and send me a replacement.
Empty Promises: I was explicitly told my replacement would ship the week of June 22nd. It is now June 26th, and the item still has not shipped.
It has been exactly two months since I paid for this product, and I currently have absolutely nothing to show for it. Dealing with Milerd has been the biggest retail nightmare I've had in recent memory. Save your money, your time, and your sanity. Look elsewhere.

I originally placed my order for the Milerd Detoxer in mid-December and experienced significant delays, with the items only being delivered approximately 3 to 4 months later. During the first months, communication was very poor, and there was a lack of clear information regarding the status of my order, which was frustrating and disappointing.

However, after I raised my concerns, the company became noticeably more proactive in its communications and follow-up. They provided updates on the status of the order and acknowledged the issues I had experienced.

Despite the delivery and communication challenges, I have been very satisfied with the product itself.

While the overall experience was affected by the lengthy delay and initial lack of transparency, I appreciate the efforts made by the company to resolve the situation and improve communication during the later stages of the process. I hope they continue to strengthen their customer service and order management processes to avoid similar issues in the future.

I first heard about this company back in 2024. They offered me something called an Ecotracker that I paid for via Amazon December 2024. They promised they would send it out in early spring of 2025. Spring turned into summer..then fall... I also paid for something via Kickstarter. It is now MARCH 3, 2026. NO PRODUCTS WERE SENT OUT and now I can't get my money back. DO NOT SUPPORT THESE PEOPLE WHEN IT COMES TO ANYTHING. They have terrible time sense, excuses and customer service not helpful!

I placed my order mid dec 2025 but received no further delivery information. After 3 weeks of waiting, I got in touch with their support and simply got informed that the product was not in stock anymore and they had no updates over when they would be restocking. I was assured that all orders would be honored in chronological order.
Finally got the product today, after 3 months of waiting and I am happy to say it was well worth the wait!

Vorsicht! Nach meiner Bestellung mit Lieferzeit 3-4 Tage erstmal 4 Wochen keine Reaktion, nach Nachfrage die Mitteilung, dass das Produkt nicht auf Lager ist, aber im Zulauf. Nach der Aufforderung von Rückerstattung mehrmal der Vorschlag zu warten mit 20% Rabatt. Nach weiteren 4 Wochen und erneuter Aufforderung zur Rückerstattung (also insgesamt 2 Monate nach Bestellung) keine Reaktion mehr. Geld musste über Chargeback von Mastercard zurückgeholt werden.

Ich war am Anfang sehr enttäuscht, da ich am 13. Dezember eine Bestellung aufgegeben habe und das Gerät erst am 25. Januar erhalten habe. Außerdem musste ich lange auf eine Antwort warten. Aber ich muss anmerken, dass ich trotz der Verzögerung bei den Antworten immer höflich beantwortet wurde, mit Verständnis und einem Vorschlag, einen Kompromiss zu finden. Heute habe ich endlich das Gerät bekommen, ich habe es noch nicht ausprobiert, aber werde es morgen machen.
Ich dachte schon, ich wäre getäuscht worden, aber jetzt weiß ich, dass dies ein ehrliches Unternehmen ist und dass jeder Verzögerungen haben kann, was wir, die Käufer, nicht immer mit Verständnis behandeln.

I ordered my Ecotracker package with an estimated delivery date of June 2025. After multiple delays and several newly promised shipping dates, the updates eventually stopped altogether. When I checked the company’s address via Google Maps, it appeared to point to what looks like bushes behind a Dollar Tree shop rather than a real manufacturing or office facility, which seriously undermines credibility. I personally no longer have any trust in this company, even though the products on the website look interesting and are aligned with what I am interested in.

Living in a country where food standards are sketchy to say the least, I was looking for a product that would make it safer to consume and came across the detoxer but I had some questions I needed answering first. The team at Milerd explained a lot about the differences between pesticides and nitrates and how their different products work and I placed an order, which arrived swiftly.

Un ottimo dispositivo per ottenere cibo veramente pulito e quindi salutare, il suo utilizzo è semplice e veloce. Totalmente soddisfatta!
