On 23.01.2026, I rented an Egea automatic transmission vehicle. The vehicle arrived in very clean condition. All insurance terms and conditions were clearly explained to me. The staff was attentive and friendly. They were also very attentive during delivery. I would like to thank all the staff.

Finger weg! 1200 Euro Kaution, nach 2 Monaten zurück bekommen, trotz Vollkasko. Absolut Branchenunüblich! Was haben sie wohl damit gemacht? Das Finanzamt sollte ihre Bücher prüfen!

By the looks of reading other reviews the exact same happened to us 2 weeks ago. We arrived at Antalya at 7pm on a rainy Saturday evening. Firstly we waited 45 minutes to be picked up, then drove to a different terminal and picked up another person.
Finally driven 10 minutes to the office totally off the airport.
We had paid extra insurance online and they wanted to block our cc with 1000 euro, it wouldn’t work. I rang my cc company and it was closed. They kept saying that it wasn’t their end as previously had worked with another customer. Then the scam, I had to take out their insurance 140 euro and my card suddenly worked. I rang my cc on the Monday and there had been no attempt to block a payment by anyone. I have complained to planet cars (a third party) whom I booked through, they asked for proof instead I sent lots of the reviews on here.
Did anyone else book through Planet Rentalcards?? Are they part of this basically, organised crime?

Zeer ontevreden – absoluut geen aanrader

Ik ben ontzettend ontevreden over deze autoverhuurmaatschappij. Ondanks dat ik twee geldige creditcards bij me had, is mij ten onrechte geweigerd om de huurauto mee te nemen. De reden hiervoor was totaal onduidelijk en werd slecht uitgelegd.

Wat het nog erger maakt: het betaalde bedrag is tot op heden niet teruggestort. Ik heb meerdere keren contact gezocht, maar krijg geen duidelijke reactie of oplossing.

Dit voelt voor mij als misleiding. Een bedrijf dat zegt professioneel te zijn, maar zijn afspraken niet nakomt en geld inhoudt zonder dienstverlening te leveren. Dat het hoofdkantoor zogenaamd in Spanje zit, maakt het oplossen van dit probleem alleen maar lastiger.

Ik raad iedereen aan zeer voorzichtig te zijn en hier goed over na te denken voordat je boekt. Voor mij is dit een zeer slechte en teleurstellende ervaring geweest.

Returned the car perfectly fine, yet they illegally kept my deposit. No proof, no explanation, no responsibility. Just excuses, silence, and delay tactics until you give up.

This is not bad service.
This is deliberate fraud.

They rely on tourists leaving the country and being unable to fight back. If you value your money and your sanity, stay far away.

Ich habe im Urlaub meine Kreditkarte benutzt um die Kaution zu hinterlegen.
Da ich nur bei der Autovermietung meine Karte vorgelegt habe und sie sonst nie nutze, kann ich das sehr sicher diesem Unternehmen zuordnen.

Seither wurden viele kleine Beträge in Lira und GBP abgebucht.

Den Ärger und Aufwand habe ich jetzt!

Betrüger. Wie alle geschrieben konnte angeblich die Kaution nicht geblockt werden, daher wurde 1000€ abgebucht oder wir hätten täglich ca. 30€ zahlen müssen für eine versicherung oder halt nicht das auto bekommen. Nachm urlaub wurde sehr oft versucht geld von meiner karte abzubuchen in Lira und Dollar.. 2 monate später haben wir aber zum Glück die Kaution zurück bekommen aber es wird immer noch täglich versucht geld abzubuchen, wenn meine karte nicht gesperrt wäre.. Also nicht buchen!!

Never rent from this agency; they are outright thieves. They deliberately block their payment terminal so they can’t take the security deposit, forcing you to buy their insurance. Avoid them at all costs—they are scammers, and the customer service is terrible.

I arrived at Wings Rent a Car around 10 PM, expecting to pay the agreed rental price and leave a €1,000 credit card deposit. Instead, their payment terminal repeatedly rejected the deposit, instructing me to call my bank—impossible on a late Saturday evening. After two hours of trying to resolve the issue, I was forced to pay their overpriced insurance (costing more than the rental itself) just to get the car.

When I later contacted my bank, they confirmed that no €1,000 deposit was ever attempted. However, a few hours after leaving the office, someone tried to use my card online at Pull & Bear. The bank blocked the unauthorized transaction. The only people who had access to my card were Wings Rent a Car employees, who had written down all my card details. I rarely use this card, so the likelihood of anyone else attempting this purchase is zero.

Avoid this company at all costs. Their practices are fraudulent, and they cannot be trusted with your personal or financial information.

Leute bitte Achtung! Unsere Geschichte fängt an mit 2 Stunden späteren Abholung am Flughafen...Es gibt kein Schalter,kein Schild nichts von denen! Wir sind hin und her gelaufen rund um Flughafen,kein Mensch kennt diese Firma.Nach dem wir einen Telefon Nr.gefunden haben,haben wir den Mann erreicht und er hat uns abgeholt und zum sein Büro gebracht.Dort würde uns erzählt das besser wäre es eine extra Versicherung abzuschließen (138€) mit (Visa bezahlt )und damit sind wir voll geschützt,wir müssen nichts zahlen falls irgendwas passiert.Soweit alles ok,wir haben uns entschieden die Versicherung zu Kaufen.Achtung jetzt kommt das böse! Wir haben das Auto übernommen und sind wir zum Hotel gefahren.Am nächste Tag ,um 8 Uhr ,mein mann voll genervt und in Panik hat mir sein bank Konto gezeigt und der größte shock war da: es würden Einkäufe insgesamt von 2100€ gemacht! Bei pull&bear , Appel und Mokka ! Die Karte würde seit Monaten nicht mehr benutzt bis zum dem Tag wo wir diese Versicherung gekauft haben! Wir können leider nicht beweisen dass diese Firma dahinter steckt aber wir wissen es! Wir haben denen nicht gesagt aus Angst das die uns was antun aber bitte wenn noch jemand anderes diese Erfahrung gemacht hat bitte teilen sie mir uns mit !

Wurden von carjet versetzt. Wurden dann hierher gebracht. Und konnten schnell und unkompliziert ein Auto ohne vorherige Reservierung mieten.

Se solicita el reembolso de 257,26 € por el cobro fraudulento mediante coacción y falsedad mercantil, al rechazar YOURS CAR RENTAL RENT A CAR, que factura bajo el nombre de WINGS RENT A CAR, el pago de la franquicia de 1.200€ aceptada plenamente por nosotros, con dos tarjetas de crédito perfectamente operativas y con saldo muy superior al solicitado, según el caso que a continuación les expongo.
El día 15 de Septiembre de 2025, teníamos reservado un vehículo en el Aeropuerto de Antalya, con la empresa YOURS CAR RENTAL RENT A CAR a través de DO YOU SPAIN con Ref. CJT-186086735. Al ir a entregarnos el vehículo y NO querer contratar el seguro de su empresa pero si aceptar el cobro de la franquicia de 1.200 € con la tarjeta de crédito perfectamente válida y con crédito autorizado, muy superior al solicitado, el agente comercial que firma bajo el nombre de HAKAN... nos comunica que nuestra tarjeta de crédito no es valida, que el datáfono, o TPV, no la acepta... con lo que manifiesta que se anula el contrato previo... Para su disgusto, se le hace entrega de una segunda tarjeta de crédito totalmente operativa y con saldo también muy superior al solicitado... volviendo a decir que tampoco es válida y que se va a anular el contrato de alquiler en vigor por el que se acudió a ésta agencia... para que se hagan una composición de la situación, son las 21,15 horas de Antalya, noche cerrada, totalmente a las afueras del Aeropuerto, con desconocimiento de la zona, dificultad con el idioma y somos un matrimonio casi septuagenario... se intentó que cobrara el depósito de la franquicia con una tercera tarjeta de crédito, a lo que también se niega... después de hacer varias llamadas telefónicas y adoptando una postura conciliadora, nos "propone" a modo de arreglo... que contratemos con ellos el seguro del vehículo que ofrece su empresa y que entonces se continuará con el contrato del alquiler... en caso contrario, procederá a su anulación con todos los inconvenientes explicadas previamente, nocturnidad, zona apartada en lugar desconocido, dificultad con el idioma, clara indefensión por edad y todas las circunstancias sobrevenidas de forma fraudulenta, por la negativa a aceptar nuestras tarjetas de crédito totalmente operativas, como se nos confirmó al día siguiente por nuestro Banco, puesto que en ningún momento se había recibido siquiera, como bien consta en su base de datos, solicitud alguna del cobro de la franquicia ya referida, por parte de ésta empresa y por lo tanto nunca hubo una denegación de nuestro Banco... Eso si, cuando ante el fraude por coacción, que nos vemos obligados a aceptar, pagamos sin motivo realmente justificado, la cantidad de 257,26 € del seguro que nos imponen... la misma tarjeta de crédito que minutos antes no era válida... ahora funcionaba perfectamente.
Con el consiguiente malestar al intuir ya, el fraude al que nos vimos coaccionados a aceptar dadas las circunstancias...finalmente pudimos continuar nuestras vacaciones.
Es una pena no haber leído previamente las reseñas anteriores, de otras personas en situación parecida a la nuestra y que parece ser, es el modus operandi con el que ésta compañía actúa impunemente, lucrándose a base de la indefensión de los clientes con total falta de escrúpulos, ni ética comercial.
Es muy probable que la presente reclamación de devolución del importe indebidamente cobrado de 257,26€ por falsedad mercantil, al rechazar unas tarjetas de crédito totalmente operativas en el día de los hechos con la debida certificación bancaria al respecto... Sea también desoída por los responsables de la susodicha empresa y solo pueda reclamar a través de la vía judicial, como es nuestra intención si no prospera la presente reclamación.
Esperamos no obstante, que por lo menos, nuestra experiencia aquí relatada, sirva de aviso al resto de usuarios con respecto al proceder fraudulento de ésta compañía a la hora de plantearse contratar sus servicios y personalmente, con respecto al agente comercial que firma bajo el nombre de HAKAN... desearle que cada lira turca que cobró por la comisión de estafar vilmente a dos septuagenarios, que por edad podríamos ser sus padres...tenga que gastarla íntegramente en medicinas.

SCAMMERS, I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER AND LISTENED TO THE OTHER REVIEWS. Instead we spent 3 hours in 2 different off airport car rental companies being subjected to the same well practiced performance known locally as "THE DEPOSIT SCAM" like many others somehow they control the card payment to make it look like it's not being accepted (the is no way with the speed the terminal declined it had time to contact my bank) and then they try to sell you over price insurance and say if you purchased insurance from the booking agent it's not valid also (in our case STRESS FREE CAR RENTAL!!! ON SKYSCANNER who are equally responsible for miss selling rentals and insurance, that will be on another review)

The reason we went to 2 different companies before paying ourselves for a taxi back to the airport is I made 2 bookings because of the reviews I'd seen and was so nervous about it. ( ALO CAR RENTAL ANTALYA WAS THE OTHER COMPANY WITH EXACTLY THE SAME SCAM)

DO BE STUPID LIKE ME AND THINK YOU CAN BEAT THEM WE ENDED UP 3 HOURS LATER BACK AT THE AIRPORT USING A BIG RECOGNISED COMPANY FOR NO MORE MONEY AND A MUCH NICER CAR AND PAID ON EXACTLY THE SAME CREDIT CARD!!!!

Everything was OK with my rental, despite being pressured into taking the extra insurance on top of my rental fee but on my return to the UK I received notifications from my bank that my card was used fraudulently in Turkey. This was the only place I used my card on holiday and they have taken my card details and used this to purchase items online and tried to set up subscriptions for Netflix.

Dass sind die Größten Betrüger wo es in Antalya gibt lasst euch nicht reinfallen… Vor allem dieser Hakan wo sich angeblich als Leiter der Car Service angibt ist ein unverschämter….. Zahlt lieber bisschen mehr und ihr habt eure Ruhe ….

Ich hatte über Check24 einen Wagen inklusive Versicherung ohne Selbstbeteiligung gebucht. Bei der Abholung hieß es plötzlich, dass auf meiner Kreditkarte die Kaution nicht geblockt werden könne, obwohl ansonsten alles in Ordnung war und bisher problemlos funktioniert hatte. Stattdessen wurde ich gezwungen, die Kaution direkt zu bezahlen, sonst hätte ich das Auto nicht bekommen. Die Abbuchung dieser Kaution funktionierte dann natürlich sofort.

Auch die Rückzahlung der Kaution verlief nicht wie vereinbart. Eigentlich sollte die Rückerstattung direkt nach meiner Rückkehr erfolgen, jedoch geschah dies erst nach massivem Nachhaken, ganze zwei Monate später, und zudem in türkischer Lira, wodurch mir aufgrund des Wechselkurses ein Verlust von etwa 65 € entstand.

Mein Fazit: Unfaire Geschäftspraktiken, versteckte Zusatzkosten und schlechter Service. Trotz viermaliger Kontaktversuche erhielt ich keine ordnungsgemäße Rückzahlung, sondern wurde immer wieder hingehalten. Meiner Meinung nach hatten sie nie die Absicht, die Kaution zurückzuzahlen. Meine letzte Lösung war es mich über Check24 zu beschweren. Erst danach erfolgte die Rückzahlung.

Avoid this company like the plague. From the moment I arrived, it was clear something was off. They claimed my credit card “wasn’t working,” even though I called my bank abroad on the spot and confirmed there were zero issues. The guy just stood there pretending to try, all while I was on the phone. I even spoke to him in Arabic — didn’t matter. He smiled, nodded, and kept the performance going.

They force you into buying their ridiculously overpriced insurance, and by the time you realize what’s going on, it’s too late to cancel — you’re trapped, like a hostage. You’ve already landed, you need the car, and they know it. They exploit the short-notice window so you either pay up or lose everything.

And the car? An absolute wreck. Multiple hits and scratches all over the exterior, AC blades falling off, and the whole interior felt neglected and barely safe. To make things worse, it came with zero fuel — not even enough to get comfortably out of the airport area. I was literally panicking driving around, hoping to find a gas station before breaking down.

100% they’re squeezing out whatever’s left in the tank just to shuttle cars back and forth. It’s not lazy — it’s calculated. These guys aren’t just unprofessional; they’re really elaborate scammers who’ve fine-tuned this whole operation to bleed tourists dry.

Stay far, far away. No matter how good the price looks online — it’s not worth the stress, lies, or danger.
