Dress arrived and was really bad/cheap quality (it cost £39)
I had trouble getting return details. But eventually got it returned with tracked and signed for . Sent lots of emails that had rubbish replys . Still haven't had a refund!!! 100% do not buy from this company they are scamming people. I want to take this further,but not sure how too.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I returned a dress in Sept 25 as quality was really poor. I asked for their return instructions which I followed exactly. I had to cover the postage cost of £19.
Never received a refund. Told I needed a tracking number, which their instructions had not asked for.

Formally complained. Sent 30+ emails, all with bland replies asking for a tracking number; I think their emails are AI.

If anyone knows how I can take this matter further please let me know.

These people are a bunch of scammers. Ive lost nearly £100. The items are not as advertised, they try to bargain with you to keep the items at a reduced rate and the return address is China which you have to pay for. My return parcel (£25!!!) got lost in the post, surprise surprise and theres nothing the Post Office can do. DO NOT GET CAUGHT. How these people are allowed to advertise and trade in UK I don't know. Disgraceful!!!!

Do not buy from this company…. Appalling quality, fit for the bin! I have been in a battle for 7 months to get a refund, 4 months ago they agreed but have not given me a penny back, don’t buy anything from them!

Disgusting company.
Ordered 2 of the same dress in two sizes back in August. I received an incorrect item. I no longer needed the order due to the incorrect item so I had to go back-and-forth with the customer service advisors to then pay for my own return back to China to then be told even now in February that I have to pay the customs fees and they have to receive the items before I get my refund.
That is not how it works, highly illegal and very much against the consumer rights acts

Dreadful company- they took 2 months to dispatch a cardigan, I emailed to say please cancel my order as it’s too late, they dispatched it 2 days later and now they’re refusing to refund me unless I pay to return the item I had already cancelled. Jokers. Do not waste your money or time!!

Terrible product, had to pay to return to China 4 months ago and today have received the item back at my address! Will be reporting to Trading Standards

Ordered 2 dresses, terrible quality, stitching coming away, cheap quality, looks like a temu dress but didnt pay temu price! emailed repeatedly to get the returns instructions and got no reply at all! After reading all of these reviews it looks like i am stuck with the dresses and am £75 down. Do not buy from them

Bought Skirt, seems they have UK office and email address, but dont be fooled, you then find out items ships from China. Took 3 weeks, arrived Quality was appalling for £34 and too small. Took 3 months to resolve - referred to my Credit Card Company as a dispute as despite over 30 emails, they provided a Chinese address for the return reluctantly but no email contact and no courier company or post office will accept the shipment without this contact info. They continue to go around in circles offering a partial refund of anything from 10 - 30% which I believe is actually their business model and which is peanuts on a cost of £34 and gave up as `i am sure that what they want customers to do. I deferred to CC company and have my full refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS - hassle, quality, customer service all APPALLING

Please please avoid purchasing from arlo street wear. I Purchased a dress in November in 2 sized due to the long delivery times to make sure one fitted. As per the information on their website I contacted them immediatley on reciept of the dresses to return the unwanted dress, as the address online was a london address i believed this would be a simple process and fully aware at my expense. I then recieved a number of offers over a 4 week period offering upto 15% refund if I kept the unwanted dress. As this dress did not fit and clearly ordered in good faith I had to email them relentlessly to finally get given an address in china to retun the dress to, it cost less than £6 so sent them the dress back and forwarded on the tracking information as they required. Now almost the end of Jan they are requesting for almost £13 for customs fees before they will refund me. Well for a £30 dress plus return fee its just not worth it so out of pocket by £36 and no refund in sight. Every email sent takes over 10 days for a reply and it's just not worth the steess and time.

The dress was not worth £30 and not best material although the one kept did the job for 1 night out.

Please do not make the same error - stick to the likes of shein as you know what your getting for your money and returns are very strait forwards.

100% I do not and will not ever buy from or reccomend arlo again.

I requested a refund and after sending 4 emails I finally received a response and was offered a partial 20% refund. My alternative is to return it to China and I have to pay the postage. However they have an address in London!

Completely wrong product sent. They refused to pay to return the product or offer a refund.

THEY SENT COMPLETELY THE WRONG SIZED SHOES AND NOW REFUSE TO REFUND ME EVEN THOUGH I HAVE RETURNED THE ITEMS TO THE RETURN ADDRESS WITH A TRACKER NUMBER. THEY ARE DEFINITELY A FRAUDULENT COMPANY WHO COULDNT CARELESS ABOUT GIVING YOU YOUR MONEY BACK. I AM TAKING THEM TO THE SMALL CLAIMS COURT.

I ordered a dress. It was bad quality really bad fit. I asked for a refund within my 30 days and I’ve been offered a replacement as apparently shipping is £17-£42 I don’t want another dress and I’ve been ignored. Very very bad customer service. AVOID

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. they are thieves. They sent me a dress that looked totally different from the picture so I wanted to return it. Then discovered returns are in China and they repeatedly offered me small percentage of the price which is obviously their scam. I stupidly returned the dress and have heard nothing. They have stolen my money. They should be shut down.

Item wasn’t the same as the photos on the website. Very cheaply made and missing key details. Took roughly 3 weeks to arrive.

Be cautious with this website—the product didn’t match the images shown, and getting a refund means mailing the item back to China.

If I could give no stars, I would. They claim to be a UK based company with items shipped from and returned to the UK, this is not the case. As soon as you place the order, they source the item from China, mine came from Ali Express and I even received a tracking number from Ali Express. The item they charged me £50 for is just £10 from Ali Express. The pictures of the products on Arlo's website are heavily edited and look nothing like the product you are buying which is awful cheap plastic, badly sized and false advertising. This company is bordering on fraudulent - They are not selling from UK or letting you return to UK as outlined on their website. I have yet to receive a response and will likely be reporting them.
