Wine of the Month Club Arvostelua 

My Mom seems to love 💕 this gift and it lasts all year.

I have reached out to the company at least 10 times to change my address and have gotten no response. Phone lines haven’t even worked. Nobody responds to my online inquiries. I am so appalled at the lack of customer service I would do any other company for a wine delivery other than this one. I’ve used multiple others and had FAR better experiences. I haven’t received my boxes in two months.

On 5/31 I ordered wine for a 6/19 surprise birthday gift. After 13 days, I received no notice of a shipment and my credit card showed no charge. On 6/13 I contacted customer service asking if the order had shipped. On 6/14 I received a call saying the order had not shipped because they were "in transition" (whatever that means) and it probably would ship some time next week. I did see, however, that my credit card was charged on 6/13, the same day I called customer service. Seems to me that my 5/31 order just sat there until I made the inquiry. So much for the surprise 6/19 birthday gift! (Just to be fair, I have had very good service on all my prior orders)

I ordered wine for my wife for mother's day, it is currently JUNE 8 and after constantly badgering the customer service representative, my wine finally shipped.. FROM ANOTHER COMPANY. If you're transitioning to a new system and are not able to fulfill orders post that on your website and DO T TAKE ORDERS until you're up and running g again. Horrible company and I will never use them again.

My order never went through. I thought maybe it was coming out in June but it never did. If you could get back to me and let me know what might have happened I would appreciate it. Thank you, yours truly, Brendan Apel

Never shipped out. No answer of any form.

Didn’t receive my 2nd shipment and paid a lot of money to only receive mediocre wines. Will not be using this service again.

I ordered May 7th. Still haven’t received my order as of June 5th. Unbelievable! What happened to this company that always had excellent customer service. I’m now looking at other wine companies.

Ordered wine of the month as wedding gift over a month ago. Still has not been received. Two calls and emails to the company with no results. Told company was in transition of being sold. Was told issue would be resolved and product would be sent by the end of the week but it never was.

Order of May 5 not received a month later. No one answers the phone.

I've been using WOMC for years and I really like it. My only suggestion is that the website be tweaked. It could work better than it does.

You have been great in the past. But now you lost my order, and don’t respond to service inquiries.

Enjoyed the service, selection, and price. Wine was great and I enjoyed the selections and Paul’s podcasts.

Ordered 4 months of wine for a gift. Received order number and then nothing. Person did not receive first month order after 3 weeks. Followed up with email to customer support and received no response. Called their 800 number and received message that the lines were being upgraded so text us or go on webpage and send request. Did that, still no response. About ready to cancel the 250.00 order.

I understand you are going out of business but to receive 2 duplicates of wine seems a little unacceptable. The staff tried to make it better by sending me some items I would classify as junk. It was a nice effort to please, but didn't quite make the issue better.

Very easy to order! Receive the shipment fairly quick and no issues.

First time experience using WOMC, I hope the wine is as good as the online experience.

I cancelled subscription a month later still debited , they dont respond and still havnt received my refund . Scam
