I received this as a gift and Ive kept it going for years. It’s fun receiving a mystery box of wine each month. WOMC is very dependable and personable. They know what I like and send a variety from those regions or types of wines. Also, they will call or message me if have questions or something is wrong with shipping like bad weather.

Excited about the wine but Ouch! On shipping.
My experience with wine of the month is very good. Thank you!
The wines are also excellent. I hesitate to buy more often because the shipping charges are prohibitive. $46 on a $119 mystery case, along with tax, brings the total to almost $175. This makes the net cost on each bottle over $14 each, which is good for a good bottle of wine. But if Wine of the month could ship each case for $19.99 or something like that, it would make these great bottles of wine, much more accessible.
I hope to get more mystery, wine cases in the future, but with a lower shipping cost.
WOTM, please look into how this could improve. Thank you.

Your outrageous shipping charges will eventually do you in. If the wine had not been so good, you would have NEVER gotten this order. I am very much on the border of discontinuing my membership due to your high shipping cost, in spite of being a LONG time member.

I thought I was ordering a thank you…
I thought I was ordering a thank you shipment of port, however the confirmation email makes it sound like I enrolled the recipient into a monthly subscription. I'm very confused. If my purchase did in fact subscribe him, then this is VERY misleading. However, if the product I purchased was what initially suspected.... wonderful. 5 stars. If it's a misleading confirmation email.....1 star.

Special service, great wines
We travel quite a bit so every time I place an order, I get a call from customer service asking if we are going to be home for the delivery. That is special customer service to me. I have been a customer probably for almost 30 years.
