You bought Office 365. We indicate in our website that is an account so you must download the program from office.com, install it and then activate it with the account you bought from us. We responded some emails of you yesterday, and you didn't tell us your real problem, just repeated in all emails without clarification "I have a problem"

I thought its a Scam but I gave it a chance and this really worked out for me. This is NOT a scam and received the account activation right after my payment. The transition was smooth and easy to understand. Highly recommended.

The product key that I purchased…

I mistakenly bought the wrong Windows key for my pc, but the staff was very helpful and fast in resolving this. I was given a refund and bought the correct version which worked immediately. Would recommend to anyone

I started download the Windows 11 and…

I started download the Windows 11 and before registration phase the program quit on me and I have not able to finish download the program. Trying for about two hours and nothing can open up again. That's is what happens.
