Drayton Motors  Arvostelua

Simple and painless process. Richard made buying the right car for me as easy as possible

My experience at Drayton Motors Scunthorpe was memorable because of the great service from Dave "

Awful cheap merchandise. Doesn't look anything like the photos on their website. To get a refund they insist that the item is shipped back to China and expect the customer to pay shipping and customs fees. Avoid.

Saurav was brilliant! Super helpful and made sure I got the right deal for me, also gave me a courtesy call a couple of weeks later to make sure the car was still running correctly! 10/10 service so far :)

Matthew was very helpful during the purchase of the car. Had to return to garage as parcel shelf missing but this was quickly replaced and sorted the repair/replacement key as promised. All went pretty smoothly with the purchase of this car.

Staff are super friendly and helpful, during and after sales. Lacey was professional, down to earth and talked me through everything. Loving my new car!

Great service and advice, selling quality vehicles from a local company that know the brand

Raggi was first class. No heavy sales. We knew what we wanted, he understood that and he sold us the vehicle we wanted. Perfection!

The staff are pleasant and attentive, giving all information re the car and add on service in a clear way. I am delighted with deal.

They had the car I wanted. Sales staff were open to questions, helpful and not pushey.

Can't fault them. Professional from start to finish. My thanks to Ray who made it all seamless.

Everything was perfect for us from start to finish

The sales staff were very friendly and helpful. They listened to us and suggested a car that was exactly what we were looking for.

Very professional service. I love the car I bought and it was a fair price. So far it has been reliable! The only downside is I discovered the wing mirrors do not turn in and are manual, which is a real nuisance!
The sales team are very friendly and super efficient, slightly too much as the paperwork is very intense and seemed endless! Also Connor tried to sell me just about every after sales product they offer! I managed to cut this down to the 3 year Warranty, which seemed a good investment and also includes a decent breakdown cover with the AA. I discovered I had not been given the MOT Certificate for my car or had written confirmation of the brakes work they did before I collected it. Sadly. I got no response to my requests for this and weeks later, I still have neither. It's a shame the sale was tainted by their otherwise excellent service. However, I would still recommend this dealer.

The showroom was clean and bright. The sales executive was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Chloe Rennie explained everything thoroughly. She was lovely to deal with

I would certainly recommend Drayton Motors Scunthorpe to a friend as I received excellent customer service from the team at Drayton Motors. In fact, my personal Sales Executive, Cerys went above and beyond to ensure I received the best possible customer service when purchasing my vehicle."

The experience I had at Drayton Motors Bolton was fantastic all thanks to Raymon, he helped me from start to finish, he is a fantastic salesman and I was made to feel at ease with the process of sorting my car. Raymon is one of a kind and is a credit to the company.

I'd recommend Drayton Motors Bolton because Raymon was very clear about all aspects and never exerted any pressure throughout the process

I think the customer service is above the ‘norm’in all areas. Having bought many vehicles over many years. This was the best I can remember.
