Pre-Loved Tub with AirSource Heat Pump
We're delighted to have received our pre-loved Hot Tub with the added benefit of the Air Source Heat Pump. After having been installed on Tuesday by Jamie, I've been keeping a watch on energy usage and it is much, much lower than using the Hot Tub heater - what a result! Very helpful staff, great product.
From the start Sam was very helpful in advising on different models of hot tub. They waited very patiently while we took over 9 months to build the extension before we could take delivery. Delivery went smoothly and fits nicely in the space, looks amazing. My wife is extremely pleased with it and goes in in twice a day every day as a therapy pool helps with her medical conditions. After sales service is great either a call or text and Sam gets it done! Very pleased.

The delivery team had a long haul!…
The delivery team had a long haul after loading 5 tubs on their van. We were their first delivery just before 4pm!
They were happy that we had everything ready, all terrain forklift, electrics and all fencing gone.
They installed everything very quickly and left asap, forgetting to leave a key for the cover straps, however Sam on the end of Whatsapp ordered new strap and talked us through the full setup.
We initially had issues with getting the bluetooth working, but I think that was my phone and fat fingers as it works well now.
Excellent team and very prompt responses to any issues or requests.

Fantastic communication from start to finish, delivery was great really helpful man, I changed my mind on the model which wasn't a problem to them. I couldn't work Bluetooth due to me being silly so I messaged and got a phone call to help within 5 minutes. Would definitely recommend.

Customer service was poor
Customer service was poor. I had 2 failed delivery dates and on both occasions received no courtesy call. When it arrived on the 3rd delivery date the installation team were brilliant. 5 stars for them and 1 reluctant star for customer service team.

Really pleased with our purchase of pre-used Hot Tub from Wild Water Spas. The process, end to end, was easy and their installation team were very helpful in ensuring we could get the unit through our very narrow access route.
I had added insulation, which actually wasn’t required but the refund process was very quick.

Day of delivery was shocking no time slot given by time advised it would be i was chasing this 2 hours later. Time slot came and went and no one had shown up several messages sent chasing this and again a new time was given this again came and went and they still hadnt shown. When they eventually arrived they couldn't install the electrics as the wire provided was not as long as advertised. They plugged this into a extension lead and Was told they would come back the next day to install it. The Next day came and again no one showed up several messages and was getting ignored. I Was chasing and chasing to then be told the wire it was delivered with shouldnt of even been on the hot tub when delivered they apprently come with no plug an should be put on the tub on the day of delivery so they was going to look into that, he said the Driver should not of told me he would be back the next day to install as thats not the procedure. I Was told they would give me a free filter for my troubles and a new date to install it which was 2 weeks later and i could not use the Hot Tub untill electrics had been fitted correctly. They said i could get done by someone else and they would pay the invoice however considering all the issues so far i didnt want to do this and asked for a partial refund due to paying for installation and fitting to be told because they didnt just leave the hot tub on the drive and put it in place they dont offer this and could only offer something else for free. Yes you can guess my next comment the new installation date and again no time or confirmation of appointment. Several message chasing again to be finally given a time that has been and gone. More messages sent and another New time again has been and gone. Should of just returned the hot tub. They are very good at responding pre delivery after that it goes downhill from there

Unfortunately, there was confusion regarding the electrical connection supplied with the spa, which resulted in delays whilst we investigated the correct installation requirements.

Great service and highly recommended
Delivery was slightly later than scheduled but the team where friendly and hardworking. The hot tub was well protected and moved into place without any problems. It took some time to fill due to its size (5 person)and slightly low water pressure. The guys stayed for 3 hours until the tub was filled, wired up and working. They explained the controls and set up the blue tooth on my phone. Great service and highly recommended. Just got to dispose of all the packing and palette.
