Excellent experience from start to finish. The ordering, the communications and the delivery were all easy. Delivery came exactly on time and Tony and Big T were really tidy guys. Just cannot wait to jump in now.

The whole process from purchase through to delivery and install today has been excellent.
The tub looks fab and is great quality. Can’t use it for 24hrs. But a Very happy customer thus far

Just had the Pure Bliss tub installed. The tub is fantastic,very happy with the purchase. The whole process was good,slight miscommunication over the final payment but that may have been due to payment being made over the Easter holidays. Molly was a pleasure to deal with,polite,informative and quick to reply. Not pushy. Delivery lads,Big Tony,Gooner Tony were spot on. Friendly,chatty and gave detailed instructions, most of which I quickly forgot.

It is now 9 days since our regular order went in , still haven’t received our item , the delivery charge is far too expensive for the weight

My husband and I love holidays with hot tubs, so we decided to invest in one for our home—and choosing H2O Spas was absolutely the right decision.

Molly was amazing throughout the process. She was incredibly accommodating and patient while we worked through a few challenges to make sure the hot tub would fit perfectly in our garden. Her support in helping us choose the right hot tub was exceptional.

Katie also did a fantastic job arranging delivery on the exact date we wanted. She kept us fully informed with delivery times and the names of the team who would be installing the hot tub, which really put us at ease.
On installation day, Tony and Aaron were brilliant. Not only did they install the hot tub efficiently, but they also took the time to thoroughly talk us through the controls and ongoing maintenance, which we really appreciated.

Overall, the entire team at H2O Spas were spot on with customer service and communication. We were kept informed every step of the way and couldn’t be happier with both the service and our new hot tub. Highly recommended!

Very helpful advice pre order from the sales room and a great installation team of Tony, Aaron and Brooks. They explained the workings / controls very clearly.

We had a hot delivered by H20 and the two tonys one was brooks were great, nothing was too much trouble they were very helpful and profesional, also I would like to thank Katie who was very helpful through the ordering and delivery process. I would like to mention that all credit to H20 who delivered my hot where another company came to my home and and failed to deliver a simular product

I have had 2 hot tubs from H2O and have dealt with them for several years now. They are an incredible company to deal with. They answer the phones 10/10 times without fail! They are happy to FaceTime if there are anything's you are unsure about. They charge minimal amounts for services to the hot tub and any repairs. One of our tubs is 6 years old and just needed a new pump fitting as it gets massive usage in holiday let. £330 to come out, service and fit new pump. Amazing company and I would deal with anyone else. Happy to see Pauline back too! :-)))
