Easy website to navigate easy quick and fast ordering system. Sent very fast after ordered

My bf got me the satisfyer pro G Spot toy and it was amazing! The first use made me orgasm the quickest I ever have, I’m talking less than a minute!! Super impressed with the product

Best divorce present to self ever! But it stopped working😢. Customer support were great, sent me a new one promptly and with no fuss. Happy days. Maybe even happy this afternoon before kids are home 😁

Kia ora from NZ! I've been purchasing my sex toys from Wild Secrets ever since i turned 18. Firstly I love their sales, discounts and wide rand of products to choose from. It caters to diverse needs of consumers. Especially love the student discount. Most importantly, I love the customer service (contact centre) team. Every issue I've faced has been resolved effectively and quickly by the staff. I particularly encounter Bree when I have to reach out for queries and they have been amazing every time! Overall I'm really satisfied with every aspect of shopping from Wild Secrets and I continue to preach about the company to others who wanna buy toys! Moreover, I find that the sales are much better than sex stores IRL. Truly, thank you for making my experiences affordable and effective :)

Very good, would love to buy more

We received our parcel very quickly and the products are always Top Shelf Shit… .
We Have recommended your service to many of our friends.

no thankyou

Bought this for the lovely wife and she absolutely loves me for it. She is addicted to it now… I only hope it doesn’t cut me out now.. lol

The products were all great quality especially, the Adam and Eve insertable wand attachment. The prices are very reasonable. I have placed two orders with them and the packages came as expected and were in discrete packaging. I will absolutely purchase from them again.

Fast delivery great products at a with good discounts on thier products
Wild secret

They use a new Zealand website .co.nz but they are in Australia that's weird I thought my order would be from a new Zealand company supporting a kiwi business but no and also they use aramex the worst delivery company in Christchurch NZ they should use their own Australia website .co.au instead of blinding people that's really off putting won't buy again cheers.

Absolutely recommend Wild Secrets for advanced and beginner explorers.
I have been a customer for about 2 years now and I can keep coming back. Amazing products, always meeting great quality standards.
Excellent customer service too. The staff are always kind and looking to satisfy your needs. I had a suction feature item that went faulty after a short time and they simply sent me out a new one. Responses are fast and issues are resolved easily.
I could buy out the whole store and still Wild Secrets would be my first choice for cleaning and maintenance products.
I often browse for new items as they have new stock quite frequently.

Also subscribe for hilarious emails, updates and opportunities. I've won store credits once myself by surprise but nothing beats their sense of humour. I often get a good laugh and find they are very down to earth people.

Fantastic response time and awesome customer service. Would highly recommend

Easy online shopping, great information on products. Good delivery time.

- the items were exactly as described and good quality.
- there weren't any faults with electric items and all came complete with chargers.
- all the items came together in one box.
- the lubricants was long lasting and worked a treat.

Not sure where to start, It was a quiet day at work so I thought, what better thing to do than shop for sex toys for my partner and I.
I got a bit excited and bought multiple items but the key purchases were the Satisfyer Rose toy and the Gwack Gwack 2.0.
The Gwack is insane, there is no mouth that could compare to this thing. Solo use or letting your partner take over, once you get the hang of it the thing basically milks you… 10/10
As for the rose, my partner and I have always had a great intimate sex life. Neither of us have any problems finishing. But similar to the other toy once we worked out what worked best, we’ve never made such a mess. My partner said “ there’s coming, and then there’s what just happened “ I’ve never seen her shake like that, was good to experience it with her. 10/10
When I purchased these items, I told the fellas at work, then told them how good they are, now a couple of the boys have bought the Rose toys for theirs partners. Cheers haha.

One of the greatest customer service experiences I have ever experienced. Not only did they, accept a return they did it without hesitation or complaint. Now I have the 'pleasure' when I'm lonely, with fantastic products.

Super fast delivery just in time for testing before long distance shenanigans.
Top secret brought surprise and plenty of o's. So good we needed to buy another...
