Little website, big heart
I stumbled upon this little website by pure chance while searching for a hard-to-find manual online. They had it at a reasonable price. Sheila was extremely helpful in explaining the shipping costs (UK -> EU) and handled the entire transaction, including post-sale assistance, with kindness and care. A wonderful experience that I would definitely repeat.

A leap of faith well taken!
I took a great leap of faith when I decided to order from Wigan Lane Books. And I'm very glad I did. Finding the book I wanted was easy as was placing the order. However, not five minutes later I receive a personal e-mail from Wigan to discuss my order. We wrote back and forth just a few times and everything was ready. That personal touch goes far in my book (no pun intended). In any event, should I need another book I cannot find locally, I will reach out to Wigan Lane Book without hesitation.

Thank you, Tere, for your very kind review. It was such a pleasure to converse with you. I'm glad your book arrived safely in America and didn't take too long, especially considering there were airport delays due to bad weather conditions in the UK. I hope you enjoy reading your book.
