Vinyl from this shop is always sent out promptly. Always packaged well and they use couriers that actually deliver your parcel. I like the little notes saying what was playing when your item was packed. I had ordered a pre order item this time along with some other things, when I was confused about the posting dates, customer services(Tom) was very helpful. Always nice to deal with a person, not a robot!

Excellent customer experience and communication, and my order was delivered on time if not earlier. Really pleased with all 3 vinyls I've purchased so far. None of the warped vinyl malarky like I've received via other retailers, helped by the highest of quality packaging coupled with a little note telling me what's being played at the time - great little touch. Any vinyl I want to purchase, if Popstore have it, that's where I'll buy it. It's that simple!
