Sheila hand delivered my book

How’s that for customer service 😃😃

The delivery was timely sent, but due to handling of our local post system it arrived late. On my inquiries the handling was extraordinary and very heartwarming. Certainly a (web)shop to return to.

The book that I was looking for came up on Wigan Lane Books web site. I registered and ordered very easily. Paid by Pay Pal and received timely updates on the progress of my order. Prompt despatch and excellent service.

Supplied a rather obscure book to me without problems. Highly recommended.

I bought a book here that my cousin is bound to love as a Christmas present! The condition of the book was exactly as described on the website. It also arrived very fast and was very well packaged! I am more than happy, I will be keeping an eye on Wigan Lane books for anything else that takes my fancy in future!

I ordered a book, it arrived promptly and in great condition.

Prompt delivery and reasonable price. Excellent and friendly service.

Great place , really pleased with the products and service...

The book was send quickly, securely packed and in an excellent condition.

Great service. Was informed promptly of an unexpected slight delay in despatching my order and again once it was on its way. The book was well packaged to keep it safe in the post and arrived in pristine condition. Very pleased with my purchase and wouldn't hesitate to use Wigan Lane Books again.

The Newbury Railway (Industrial Railway Record Issue 82). A rare book which those of us interested in the history of north Somerset railways, collieries and quarries should have and a reasonable price.

Excellent service from Wigan Lane Books. Order was acknowledged quickly and a quick delivery with an e-mail to say the book had been dispatched.

I had been searching for a limited edition book issued in 2004 "The Cunard Queen Mary 2" I had seen one but it was damaged, then I searched Google and found Wigan Book Store had a copy and it was in first class condition.

Within minutes of purchasing I had an email saying that my book was ready for posting, sent to be signed for, it arrived this morning, packaged so well so it would not be damaged, it lived up to expectations and I was more than pleased with the First Class service from Wigan Book Store which clearly puts customers first, pleasure to do business and one that I fully recommend.

I came across this book website purely by accident and certainly glad that I did. There's a lovely selection of out of print 2nd hand books on offer and reasonably priced too. The service provided by the owner was second to none and I'm sure that anybody buying from this dealer will find they will feel the same way too!

Absolutely Fantastic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I decided to try this site for an out of print book which other sites were asking twice as much for.
The charge for 2nd class postage seemed a bit on the high side but the order was dealt with immediately - so it arrived in 2 to 3 days - and the book was carefully packed with cardboard protection and in a padded bag, so no damaged corners - very important - and actually was all round in better condition than I might have expected.
Excellent service!
