Horrendous

Ordered product beginning of May a swing nest and a climbing rope.. took money from my account and then I received a confirmation email saying delivery between 13-16days. At the beginning of June I received a generated email saying supply bottlenecks expect delay. I replied to email as advised and received the same computer generated email in reply no additional information about my specific order. Have looked to cancel order and get refund and again a computer generated reply ignoring my request. Very poor customer service. There was no mention of delays on the website when I placed the order whereas other websites had declared no available stock. If you don't have the items in stock you should not sell them on your website. Very disappointed child also waiting on these items which she purchased out if her own money.

Dear customer, we would like to formally apologise to you once again for the delayed delivery. We can well understand your frustration with the course of communication with us, as this does not meet our requirements for customer satisfaction. This period was and remains a challenge for us even as a very well structured company. Due to an unpredictably high number of customer enquiries as well as delivery bottlenecks in Europe, there were, unfortunately, delays in answering messages and delivery. We are sorry that we were not able to turn your experience into a positive one and did not find a satisfactory solution in the end. Your Wickey team

Ordering process!

I just ordered a sandbox for my two boys. It was easy and straightforward with lots of information about the product. I wanted to submit a question about the product and I found that process easy and straightforward too. I look forward to receiving my product now.

Though I haven't yet received my product yet. I must commend them on there website and information and I spoke with one of there sales team today and she was so helpful and even Google translated a type of treatment I can use on the timber. I can't remember her name but thank you and look forward to receiving my product 👍🏻

Great Product

Great Product , however the customer service was not great. I rang twice and used the contact form and left my number and received no reply. I even messaged via Facebook.

Informative website

Informative website, easy to navigate. Good selection of products. Handy information on other products needed to complete the purchase. Easy to add accessories and clear what is included in the original package. A little slow to load at times. Could do with more information on how multi configurations work.
