Dear customer, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you found the assembly a bit difficult. It is true that putting together a large project such as a playground does take some time. However, we try to make it as easy as possible for our customers by providing an assembly video and an app. Hopefully everything turned out well, we wish your family lots of fun. Your Wickey Team

First time Wickey Customer
My wife and I reviewed the range of climbing frames aligned to what our children would like. The pictures online show very clearly the options available with each set. The dimensions images were also clear to see and understand which made understanding suitability for our garden very easy. Purchasing was simple and recommended accessories also easy to add. Thank you
