DO NOT order from these Rip Offs! I just spent $150 on parts this past week and when reviewing my invoice I noticed I had been charged $4.10 for some sort of BS Route Package Protection? that I did not add to my order. I found out later that it is automatically added to your order unless you uncheck it??? Really? So I called there so called customer service and said I did not want or need it and said I should be refunded. Customer service disagreed and said it was too late. Too late??I just received my package yesterday, lol. He said it was for insurance for damages. I explained to him that I owned a retail company for the past 23 years have shipped thousands of packages and any damages that occur are not the responsibility of the customer it is and always has been the retail company selling the product or the shipping company who damages it. Anytime anyone receives a damaged item or a lost item it is never the customer at fault and pays for this. This is just another sleazy way to screw an honest customer for a few extra bucks that's not aware at check out. Maybe you shouldn't offer FREE shipping? lol. I would have had a better feeling about this company if they would have charged me $10 shipping instead of sneaking a charge though the back door. I can see why they charge for damaged goods the way my box was packed and shipped, must be a packing paper shortage in the warehouse! lol. Well they screwed me once and never again. It's not the $4.10 that has pissed me off it's how they charge this BS charge in the first place and then refuse to refund it because they could care less about you being a return customer nor not! I'm placing another $150-200 order next week to Partsvu.com because I've had a great experience in the past and they don't have any surprises at check out.
BTW: When I spoke to customer service I did say I would write a review about this but I guess the $4.10 was more important to them! lol

What a useless customer service department. All they do is just say no and it's your fault. I don't care for businesses who don't want to make things right.

I recently had my boat serviced at Wholesale Marine Performance and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The team was friendly, professional, and kept me updated throughout the repair process. They explained everything clearly, completed the work on time, and my boat has been running perfectly since.

It’s great to find a marine workshop that’s honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about its customers. All of the staff were fantastic, and the admin lady, Olivia (I think that was her name), was especially helpful. She was friendly, patient, and assisted me with every question and enquiry I had, making the whole process smooth and stress-free.

I’d definitely recommend Wholesale Marine Performance to anyone needing quality marine repairs or servicing.

Do NOT do business.
Ordered Windlass Solenoid, got part from 3rd party vendor (this was not indicated nor were any restrictions on returning).
Opened and realized it did not match current part.
First thing the following morning I requrested an RMA per their website instructions.
Initial response was I'd have to pay 35% restocking fee (NO mention of this anywhere on their website). Whatever, it's a $40 lesson so go ahead with RMA request.
After the holiday weekend I receive an email that an RMA is not possible because their 3rd party vendor denies due to being an electronic part.
So now I'm going through the charge-back process.

As it turns out, their return policy, doesn't allow returns on solenoids. For some reason the RMA email didn't reach someone who is knowledgable on this and could have cleared this up quickly.
Seems a bit deceiptful imho as there is no mention on the part page that this is not eligible for return. Still would not do business again.

This company does not stand behind their products that they sell. I bought 2 aculifts from them and they said I have to send them back to lenco. For a warranty, I contacted lenco and they said it's wholesale's fault that they should give me credit back. They just passed the buck between the two of them back and forth. Now i'm out nine hundred and sixty nine dollars.And because they will not pick up the parts or refund my money. They even had the nerve to dispute my dispute and the bank ruled in their favor for a defective parts and not honoring any warranties. I should have looked at all these negative reviews before I purchase from them. Let the buyer beware

I placed an order with Wholesale Marine for Volvo Penta parts, including Volvo Penta 824134 Plate, which I never received. They told me I would get a refund after they submit a lost shipment claim, but despite multiple follow-ups, no refund ever came.

To make matters worse, another item I received was incorrect — the label had the correct part number, but the part inside was wrong. When I contacted them, they asked for pictures of the sealed packaging, but by that time the workshop had already opened it, leaving me stuck with a useless part.

I ended up losing USD 275 due to their poor service and lack of accountability. Based on my experience, their handling of errors and lost shipments was extremely unprofessional, and I would not recommend relying on them for critical marine parts.

I ordered a fuel filter element and got a washer. After 15 minutes on hold, the call was disconnected. I emailed them and got nothing back after the first response. The service was bad and the customer service was worse. I will never use them again. I'm not even looking for my element anymore. I'll get it elsewhere.

Flagged for fraud by their "fraud department" with no ohone call, verification, or email, called and spoke with them and was told it was because I ordered through my smartphone. Reordered, and charged a second time with no order verification sent, now just over $7,000.00. $3500 on its way back, the other $3500+ is charged and they are saying it isn't... currently receiving texts thanking me for my order. They are kind of a mess to deal with. Going to have to dispute through the credit card company.

I special ordered 4 pieces for a kit, and 1 piece was backordered with no ETA for shipping. They won't let me cancel the order instead forcing the 3 pieces for delivery. Now I can't return the merchandise or get the final piece to finish my project. Kourtney in Customer service is the worst!

Ordered and paid outboard engine for 1800euro. Dont trust them. Never received engine

They lost my boat cable in the mail and was told that I have to wait 7 to 10 days for a mail tracer before I could get are refund. They could have sent me a new one.

These guys can’t manage their website... Captains club is great if you get credit for your purchases.. Long story, bought a lot from them until I wanted to cash in my credits and was told I was not logged in when making my purchases. Sent photo evidence that I was indeed logged in but they say I wasn’t and won’t credit me for my Club points... I’m done with them.. will order from other vendors. Customer Service was a complete waste of time 👎
