Used for purchases and selling....better for selling than purchasing as prices are generally higher than other sites. Very clunky auction software that isn't great when buying as a large watch list can't be filtered by price so is quite inconvenient when bidding on multiple lots. The authentication process for bids over £2k is very poor, didn't work when I tried it and after e mailing them about it I got a shrugged shoulders response and it wasn't addressed so I buy higher value bottles elsewhere and know others who have had to do the same. They've upgraded their front of house staff with Becca, very friendly and helpful, big contrast to previous staff. Nice range of whisky in the shop, prices on the high side, location is a little too remote for tastings so I go elsewhere for those.

Beware where your lot can come from Europe?? i had to pay import duty cost me another £45.00 ontop of the £40 postage and 12.5 % bp so i ended up with a £70.00 bottle of cognac worth about £100 on good day costing me £165.00 feel a bit conned

I love these guys and have been using them for over a decade. Super nice people who must love what they do cause they’ve been there forever. Duncan and Erin are the best. Just be careful to buy from one warehouse (they have multiple now) or the shipping charges will get you.
