Great company to work with
The art I received and the constant communication from this company was superb. They sent my art on time and assisted me when the delivery company did not deliver my art when I thought it should have arrived. I would recommend this company to handle your project!

It was excellent work
It was excellent work. The detail was amazing. It was identical to the picture.
The person I gave it to was speechless and tearful. It was a picture of his mother before she was sick and passed away. It was the person he remembered and it brought back various happy memories.
I am an artist as well but I could never do portraits.
Thank you so much for the wonderful picture.

Portrait not delivered
The portrait was shipped from China and the package was crushed and empty when it arrived via FedEx yesterday. I am canceling the order and will purchase locally so I can get the portrait for a near term birthday.

Hey Andrew, your feedback is greatly appreciated. We did receive your video capturing the image that shows the driver placing the package with the damaged end pointed down. As we did understand your sentiments behind getting the artwork done, we reported the incident to FedEx immediately. In addition, the satisfaction of our customers is of utmost importance to us. We thus started working on a replacement artwork on priority for you while FedEx was investigating and trying to locate the artwork. We also commissioned the replacement artwork and shipped it on priority for you and hope you liked it and that your wife would cherish it too. Though such unfortunate incidents are rare, we will certainly work with FedEx to avoid them in our future projects together. Thank you so much, once again, for sticking with us throughout this process. We hope to work with you again.
Sissy memorial
I lost my beloved dog Sissy in July. I wanted a painting of her. I found your ad on FB, and ordered. I was so impressed with the communication and suggestions. I ordered a smaller version, and they told me a larger one would please me more. They were correct. I love it and my Sissy watches me no matter where I am in the room. The turn around time was within a month, which was amazing. I will recommend this company to my people.

Your service was good
Your service was good. The picture came exactly the way the sample. I guess a charcoal painting was not what I was trying to match with a grouping I already had. So the service and print was good just not what I was expecting. Thank you

Thanks for your kind words, Reta. We are glad to know that you are happy with our services. We also regret the inconvenience caused to you regarding the final outcome as our artworks, being completely handmade and not prints, are commissioned by our artists in a style similar to the samples displayed in the Gallery section of our website. We would have certainly tried to accommodate your request of creating the artwork similar to the other ones you already have, had we received your request for the same before starting the artwork. In our future projects together, please feel free to let us know your requests or concerns regarding the artwork and we will be more than happy to address them. We are grateful to you for the opportunity and look forward to working with you again.
They loved it
They loved it! I really appreciated the constant communication regarding my request. I was passionate about the painting looking authentic and it did. The artist did great work replicating and honoring those we’d loss.
