Mixed feeling about the experience.

The wetsuit itself is great, just as expected…but the way it was packed for delivery is just so wrong. It was packed in a normal bag with no protection and folded several times, wetsuits should never be treated like that and a company that has wetsuit in their name should know that. There are folding marks all over it and they are not going anywhere. If that’s how they always pack them, I would not recommend the shop.

SON UNOS ESTAFADORES

son unos estafadores, te cobran pierden tu pedido y cuando les informas te dicen que te lo vuelven a enviar y te envían un producto de la mitad de precio y encima no te quieren devolver el dinero si no envías tú el neopreno pagando el envío, podrían enviarte uno mejor o hacerte un descuento en uno mejor pero no todos son pegas! Son unos estafadores mucho cuidado el servicio de atención al cliente es pésimo

Lamentamos que su primer paquete haya sido marcado como perdido en tránsito. Aunque esto es poco frecuente, puede ocurrir en ocasiones. Entendemos que se envió un reemplazo, pero parece que no cumplió con sus expectativas.

Para resolver este inconveniente, le hemos proporcionado una etiqueta de devolución gratuita para que pueda devolver el artículo y recibir un reembolso completo.

I am still waiting for my wetsuit

I bought a wetsuit with an expected delivery time of 5-7 working days. More than 10 working days later I still don't know where my order is. I was told that the wetsuit was stored in the GB facility and had to go to the NL before being shipped to Spain. According to the tracking information I received, it went from GB to NL and then back to GB? The tracking number from the Spanish post office only showed "pre-registered" for seven days. Information received by email about the tracking and shipment has not been very useful.

We sincerely regret to hear that your parcel has been delayed. Please accept our apologies, as this is highly unusual.

To ensure our customers were informed during the holiday period, we took proactive measures by adding a note to our delivery page, advising that orders placed after the 18th of December may not be delivered until the New Year.

I can confirm that the tracking information has been updated today, and you should expect your delivery shortly.

In the meantime, I have escalated the issue with our courier and will provide you with an update as soon as we receive further information.

I had a problem with my one year old…

I had a problem with my one year old wetsuit and I finally was able to returned it and have a new one. It took me several emails but I got it for free, which was my request as the wetsuit was damaged with no reason.
The client service team was very kind and helpful. Thanks
