Highly professional and Knowledgeable service

The best for bathrooms.
It doesn’t get better than this! When it comes to bathrooms, come to this branch.
I’ve been buying from West One in Battersea since I moved to the area in 2011. I’ve remodelled three bathrooms in my house with their help and have recommended them to many friends in the area and some further afield and all have been delighted.
I would like to give a special mention to Andy Reynolds who has been amazing every time. Andy has always been very helpful going the extra mile and giving advice and amazing customer service and has helped me plan each room.
Even years after purchasing, he has been fast and efficient in helping me source replacement parts. The level of aftercare is pretty much unheard of in today’s retail stores. I just had to source an obscure part for an 8 year old shower cabinet and this was all sorted within 24 hours of enquiry. Amazing.
The showroom itself is stunning and really lifts the location. I feel honoured to have it at the end of our road.
If we move, I will still be buying from Andy and I will make sure that I continue to recommend him and the branch!

Cannot recommend Oli Goff at the Wandsworth branch enough. His knowledge and capability are second to none. He helps with the upmost effort and always comes back with a response, even if not the answer I had hoped for (through no fault of WOB!). I have now ordered a few items with Oli and have had no issues with product, punctuality, communication or any other forms of service. Consistently great service every time and I will continue to use West One. Oli is a credit to your company.

Really great experience with West One Bathrooms Mayfair. Arezoo was super helpful, knowledgeable, and patient while helping me choose the shower heads I needed to replace. Everything was handled quickly and professionally. I usually purchase from CP Hart, but I was so happy with the service that I asked my builder to contact Arezoo in Mayfair to place the order for me. I received confirmation straight away and will definitely be using them again in the future.
