So I needed the service for my child which is covered . To speak to a doctor using their 24/7 service . When I called i was told my account number was not on their system and bye bye .
I tried a second time and was told I could speak to a doctor at 7.20 am . Considering its 10 pm that is absolutely no help to me at all . Im on a corporate plan and will be informing my employer off how bad a service west field health actually is . They truth off their service is not a 24/7 doctor help line its a doctor will get back to you within the next 24 hours . Makes absolutely no sense to pay for this service . If I could score it 0 stars I would .

Easy to make a claim via the App and generally credited to my account quickly

It seems that Westfield Health have got two accounts of mine (I had WH with a previous employer, and now with a new employer) and it's left me fully without access to my EAP. I struggle with telephone calls due to disability and was hoping to use their online portal to access support, but this is completely nonexistant as I've been without a functioning login for months despite trying to get it resolved back in May. I was reassured someone would fix it for me and contact me back yesterday but it's been multiple days now and I just want support with my mental health but due to a login issue I can't even browse what support is available to me. Very disappointing

As an Irish client, they so not make it easy to make a claim, we are unable to use the app to do so. I am also still waiting for payment to be transferred, it has been 6 working days, and was advised it would take 1-3working days

I put in a claim and it is paid pretty much immediately. Very easy to claim as well.

Having attended the same osteopath on and off for many years, I find it embarrassing to keep asking him to print off all the details each time on a full letterheaded sheet. Why can’t I just send a photo of my card receipt. He works for himself, is busy and always has another patient waiting. I’m also reluctant to put in a dental claim because the invoice also adds in my husband’s treatment too. After all these years of being a member of Westfield, I’m inclined to just cancel.

Excellent service, very quick and straightforward

Westfield is wonderful, always prompt, lets me know the money has gone into the bank, it's very clear what I have left which helps me decide for instance on which glasses to buy. I've been with them 30+ years, and they give me great reassurance.

Westfield health has a very simple claiming process. They also send payment within a week of the claim which is super quick.

Westfield are a very good company to be with,They pay up efficiently.
