Great product along with helpful friendly service

All good thanks

Answered all my questions pre purchase and arrived in a very timely manner once ordered

Great knowledge on individual products and superfast interstate freight. Will definitely be recommending and using them again.

Product delivered on time. Great product

Great price, fast delivery, well packaged, thankyou

It took a week to ship the item I bought that was not marked as out of stock. It was in stock so no read it couldn’t be shipped straight away.

Ordered an item as listed "In Stock" with express postage. Had not recieved shipping confirmation and called to follow up my order. Was an item they did not stock (despite website saying was in stock). Am currently waiting for them to recieve stock, before they "express post" it to me. Ordered on 22 Mar 24, still waiting... I would recommend calling them, prior to placinf an order online

The item came damaged, I emailed and have still not received an email back. I also don’t think that postage price was fair for what it is.

Main support bar was bent by very minor wind no other damage at all warranty claim was refused as there were strong winds around Longreach but I was not there I was 195 klm away at lake Dunn no point spending the extra money on this awning its no better than the cheap ones. On a positive note the Alu Cab roof top tent has performed very well and very happy with it

The lady that served me went over and above to get my parts shipped next day awesome

Nine days waiting for my order gave them a call 4 times no one new anything..we will call you back the answer..,called for the 4 time and spoke with a lady called Jess and got a refund on the way hopefully soon ,horrible service.

Awesome products and service, thank you

Placed my online order on a supposed in-stock item and 2 weeks ago and still no response from Western 4WD. I would have thought it would ship within a few days at most but 2 weeks and counting with no correspondence from them at all is very disappointing.

Great to deal with. Online shop made it easy👍. Great price too

This was a straightforward purchase. Great competitive pricing and shipping, shipped quickly, it was smooth and hassle free. Great communication as well. Highly recommend.

I recently purchased a Drifta Stockton Lite Cruiser Roof Top Tent 1.2 from Western 4x4 & Outdoors. My salesperson was Jess & she was a delight to deal with, her knowledge on the product range on both Drifta Stockton & Ironman products was exceptional & her warm welcoming customer service was fantastic. I’m very happy with my new Roof Top Tent & would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a RTT to see Jess at Western 4x4 & Outdoors.

Arrived just in time for an upcoming trip. Quick delivery.
