Wessex Conveyancing Arvostelua

Acted as the conveyancer for the recent sale of our property. They were very professional and helpful throughout and helped to make it a smooth and as quick as it could be.

What a fantastic team, Claudette, Lorraine, Ricky and Rachel are the people who have just completed my sale and purchase.
Every phonecall I've made has been treated with pleasant politeness, patience and clear information.
Every visit to the office, I've been received warmly and given as much time, help and support, as I needed.
Nothing has been too much trouble.
This has been the second time I've used Wessex and I can't speak too highly of them and throughly recommend.
Thank you to the entire team, one and all

They got the job done but not without lots of issues with communication, I was sent privileged and private information concerning someone else's sale and financial matters in error. Phone calls were not returned. False information was given to people throughout the chain. They lost important paperwork and said it had never been given to them. Staff are very, very rude. There is no accountability. They seem to have a policy of exchange and complete on the same day, and we had to fight tooth and nail to stop this happening despite it not being standard practice. I would seriously not recommend using this practice, they are very unprofessional and appear hugely overloaded. You can never reach your conveyancer on the phone, emails are almost aggressively ignored and the receptionist is a gatekeeper whose role seems to be to muddy the water and make things harder on the client. Still considering whether to lodge a complaint but it seems pointless to complain to the owner/director about her husband breaching GDPR and generally being difficult.
