The account itself is working correctly and the game is present in the library, as you confirmed.
Regarding Steam Family Sharing — it is indeed possible to share the game in many cases. However, this feature is fully controlled by Steam and may not work depending on factors such as license type, account status, or region settings. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that Family Sharing will function in all situations.
I specifically offered to help you set up Steam Family Sharing step by step to make sure it would work properly on your side. However, you declined this support, which prevented me from verifying and correctly configuring everything for you.
Regarding the account restriction, we clearly state in the product description that no purchases should be made within the first 30 days.
This precaution exists because making purchases too early — especially when attempting to change the account’s region — can trigger Steam’s security system and lead to restrictions like the one you experienced.
The account was delivered fully functional and without any restrictions at the time of delivery. Based on this, the limitation is most likely related to actions taken after receiving the account, rather than an issue with the product itself.
Regarding support response time — we take this very seriously. In your case, the vast majority of messages were answered promptly, even considering time zone differences. There was only a single delayed response among multiple interactions, which does not reflect the overall support experience we aim to provide.
