I signed up for Wellybox hoping it would work for my business, but from early on there were major issues, particularly around VAT categories. There was little response or clear communication about this feature. Despite paying for an annual subscription, the system simply wasn’t fit for purpose for my needs.
I even held an online meeting with a one of their representative’s where I explained exactly what wasn’t working. I was told the issues were “in the process of being fixed” – that was over nine months ago and nothing has changed.
I haven’t used the application at all since then, and I’ve tried repeatedly to cancel my subscription. Yet they keep attempting to take payments from my bank account, sending constant reminders demanding payment or asking me to update my details. None of my emails about cancelling or resolving the problems have received any reply.
The platform itself has potential and might suit some businesses, but for me it was a complete waste of money. Most frustrating of all is the customer service, helpful at the start, but once they had my payment it effectively vanished entirely. I don’t recommend this company at all. No proper customer support or response to emails.

SCAM!!
SCAM!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! My subscription began with many helpful calls and emails (initiated by Wellybox). When we encountered an email glitch, I was given 2 possible solutions (by email) and chose one. That is there last I heard from Wellybox! When I tried to contact them, email was returned as no such address, and phone number was parked in Number Box!

I purchased the monthly business plan
I purchased the monthly business plan, some of the features were not available however the support team was quick to resolve these issues. The app is very useful, all of the invoices from multiple emails appears in a clear organized order, you can easily review the photos to ensure it lines up with the invoice amount.

Horrible – stay away from WellyBox!
I don't even want to talk about the system itself from a technical standpoint. The worst part is the customer service – or rather, the complete lack of it.
From day one, there was a glitch, and the system couldn't access all my email categories to retrieve invoices. I contacted them, and they told me the technical team would handle it. For two weeks, I messaged and emailed them every single day. Calls went completely unanswered. Once every few days, they would finally reply, saying, "The team will get back to you once the issue is resolved," but they never fixed it. Funny enough, I ended up fixing that specific issue myself.
Later, another glitch occurred – the system failed to generate my expense reports. Someone from support tried to help, failed as well, and promised, "We’ll get back to you." They never did.
As for their phone support: no matter what time you call, you get an automated message about "high call volume" and the call just disconnects. This happens even if you call at 6:00 AM or midnight!
I absolutely do not recommend them. Right now, I'm fighting just to get my money back. All their positive reviews look like they were written by bots – it’s completely fake. Stay far away from them!
