Don’t make the same mistake I did by using WellyBox, it’s an over priced bit of crap.
Nothing but a money laundering scheme that provides cheap and nasty results was easier and cheaper for me to just put the hard yards in and go through my emailed receipts, be warned loads of others have the same issue if not worse!

Good resolution, communication and hard workers
I am updating my review to five stars for this company only because once I posted the review of my issue with them, they immediately contacted me. In addition, they attached just about every member of their team relative to my complaints and used this issue as a moment to see what went wrong and how they could fix it and they were extremely appreciative of the screenshots and information I could send them to show them and illustrate the problem. Without hesitation, they understood by concerns and my perspective on things and while I understand their responses on things, I don’t think we exactly had a meeting of the minds, but they were very much willing to fully refund me, and did so promptly. I don’t think they’re a bad company and I think they work really hard and they do try very hard. I think most of my reluctance just comes in general to push back dealing with AI as a new business owner and the extensive amount of time and money it cost me and this was just one of those things out of so many. This wasn’t something unique to Wellybox It’s literally just about every business. I deal with these days. There’s a problem with every single thing. Including trust pilot here who shows our company is having 3.8 stars when we’ve been in business for two months and we have two 5 star ratings. I just can’t anymore with AI today. Five stars is five stars. So my frustration isn’t just with Wellybox It’s with literally just about every vendor I have. At least Wellybox sent me a team of humans to resolve this issue and didn’t send me to some chat bot to tell me like a broken record over and over “does not compute” can’t help me or keep giving me the same an irrelevant responses. When I see a company that works as hard as this one does, and they are truly striving to put out a good product that I’m not sure I’m even comfortable with anymore from anybody.. I can tell they care and I can tell that they are doing their best to put out the best product they can in this new AI tainted world.
