Just read the other 1-star review. They don't send the ordered items and only offer store credits as refund...

Ich bin leider sehr unzufrieden mit diesem Laden. Eine Vorbestellung wurde angeboten, obwohl laut Aussage des Shops der Bestand nicht garantiert war. Trotzdem konnte man problemlos bestellen und bezahlen.

Nachdem ich meine Ware (bestellt im August 2025) bis heute nicht erhalten habe, wollte ich eine Rückerstattung beantragen. Anfangs war das nicht möglich, später wurde mir nur ein Store-Guthaben angeboten. Nach wochenlangem Hin- und Herschreiben kam schließlich gar keine Antwort mehr.

Leider kein zuverlässiger Shop – weder was Kommunikation noch Lieferungen betrifft. Ich kann nur abraten.

I pre-ordered a game with delivery expected (at the time of purchase) within 2 months. After almost a year, it still hasn’t arrived. They keep blaming their supplier, even though the game in question is available on other online sites.

The real problem is that they don’t offer a refund, only a store credit to be used on their website. Unfortunately, half of their catalog is out of stock. As a result, I’m forced to settle for spending the credit on a game I don’t need just to avoid losing the money I paid.

Avoid buying pre-ordered games or games that are not immediately in stock from this site, or you’ll lose your money.

I preordered and item on 17th of July, which would be released on 31st of October. By 31 st of December I still don’t have what I purchased.

I attempted to cancel but was denied, stated by wellplayed that they don’t allow cancellation of preorders.

They don’t fulfill the order but they don’t give the customer the money back.

DO NOT preorder from wellplayed.

Firma verkauft Artikel die sie gar nicht auf Lager hat... Nach endlosen Mails und Belehrungen nach über zwei Monaten jetzt endlich die Rückerstattung. Das kann man sich wirklich ersparen

Caution: even if they can't deliver a game they refuse to cancel your order or give you a refund. My money is gone. My recommendation: stay clear of this rip-off, and look for alternative and trustworthy board game online stores instead.

Awful company. I have paid for the game, for the international courier shipment I was not able to claim the refund for and then they decided they will not pass the game to the courier. So I ended up paying 20 GBP for the courier getting nothing. STAY AWAY! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Horrible customer service, they keep forgetting about the orders, waiting for the games can take a year sometimes, and they don't provide refund.

I didn t recive my package after 2months and there is no option to refund the product.

Bought something here ended up without my money and without the product
