I get my monthly food shop from well easy.i am able to get the best quality food for the best prices for just £48 yearly as a member of well easy . Very good place to shop if you’re looking to eat healthy clean food . As someone who’s a vegan alkaline eater I can vouch & I highly recommend ! Every penny well spent on this website ! Great variety of food & plenty of options .

I’m so pleased I joined welleasy. I used to shop in so many different places. Welleasy is so easy to navigate and I can’t believe how quickly everything is packed up and shipped. The quality is also fantastic. I’m a nutritionist so I love quality and good, honest ingredients.

Absolutely love Welleasy and their prices are low and the products are fantastic. I love the free gifts each week and the bonus of building up credit in the Welleasy reward section. The membership is clearly stated when setting up. This is my second year of joining. I have certainly gained made my membership back and more. Is so nice having a one stop shop to get all my healthy and tasty supplies. They are always quick to respond if I ever have a query. You won’t regret signing up 😊

Avoid the scammers. Bought a product from their website. I saw nothing there to tell me that I would have to have a membership and would be charged £48 a year for this. If I had done I would’ve turned tail and bought the product elsewhere read the other negative reviews which clearly state that this membership process is as misleading and opaque as they possibly can make it. I have contacted my card company to block this company from taking any further charges. I’ve also told the company they do not have my permission to hold any of my data including my card details for any further charges.

Update: Despite their innocent protestations and their assurances to me that they have cancelled the membership I did not want, and declaring that I am ‘unsubscribed’ from further emails, they continue to send emails pushing more products. Certainly not the trustworthy company they portray themselves as. Fortunately my bank have put this company on a ‘stop list’, so no more unauthorised payments from my card.

It's fast and reliable service and it's all organic and good quality product and the princes are good too can't folt it .

I shopped from them once and they decided to randomly charge me £48.00 a few months later. They were adamant that this money was the payment for what I bought and I had to send them screenshots of my statements to prove them wrong. They said they will give my money back and I waited two weeks and not heard anything despite chasing it 3 times. I had to get my money via Paypal in the end. Terrible service

I really like WellEasy! I’ve been with them for about 1.5 years now. It’s so easy to get all the healthy cupboard staples that you need for a great price and they are always doing deals or finding ways to improve.
I now don’t really think about shopping for cupboard staples which is great. I bulk buy all the products I need every month which also helps me to cook from scratch more!

As a young company, sometimes they make mistakes but they always rectify it quickly and efficiently. I really enjoy supporting an independent company too!

It says on the website next day delivery, unfortunately it wasn't even next week delivery, I had to keep writing and in the end my second email was ignored, by which time I decided to order else where and then the Well easy parcel turned up after 13 days of waiting- that's 2 whole working weeks, so I ended up paying for two lots of shopping and didn't even get an acknowledgement of my second email or request for either a refund for my membership or reassurance that a different delivery method could be used the next time. I didn't get any compensation or any acknowledgement beyond being told they'd expedite it and then three days after that when it still hadn't arrived I wrote again and was completely ignored. Customer care was very poor. I wanted to like this company and its ethos, but...

It’s a brilliant idea, lots to choose from providing it’s in stock, but you need to shop regularly for it to off set the membership fee. Plus, shipping is so unbelievably slow even through it says next day delivery if ordered before 12, you are lucky to get it within five days, which makes it not worthwhile as I’d rather spent the extra cost on Amazon or Ocado and get it next day. Customer service are very slow to respond too. So alas, I won’t be renewing my subscription.

Con artists breaking trading laws by unsolicited subscription. Failed to give a refund they promised.

I have been charged GBP 48 for their annual subscription after I have tried cacelling the 30 dyas free trial .

This company has no email responses using. I was not able to remove my payment details via their website under account.

I have requested that my credit card provider stop the payment. I hope this action prompts Well easy to review and improve its processes and business practices to ensure a more transparent and ethical approach to customer service.

I was charged an annual membership fee of GBP 48 without my authorisation. Prior to the charge, we had already submitted a request to cancel the membership, but received no response from the company.

Attempts to contact them via the provided email address “team at welleasy.com” (trustpilot do not allow show email in the review) were unsuccessful — the messages were returned undelivered, indicating that the email address is invalid. Furthermore, there is no available option to remove or update my credit card information from their system.

This conduct raises serious concerns regarding the company’s legitimacy and business practices. I believe this may constitute an unauthorised or fraudulent transaction and request immediate investigation and appropriate action.

Great choice of products and good prices, quick delivery, I’d give it an easy 5 star if it wasn’t for meat products with E250 (sodium nitrate) being sold - not what you want from a ‘health food’ website! I expected no E250, now always check the ingredients list.

I really like this company, though the membership is a little pricey, the cost of the items is super low! I love buying organic products via them as it’s always so much cheaper than any other companies. Great delivery and customer service too.

Avoid this company's dishonest tactics to get you to sign up for 'free' membership and then spring a £48 annual membership fee on you without any warning emails or prompts - even Amazon Prime will give you notice that your membership payment is coming up. I am a pensioner and it has left me in bad financial straits.
Answering the (many) other complaints about this practice they say 'We do our best to make the membership model as transparent as possible throughout the sign-up process' but they really don't. I had no idea I was signing up for this, there was no confirmation email to clarify the terms etc. They are simply trying to make money out of you.
I wrote to them straight away - several times now - to cancel the 'subscription' but they haven't replied.
I feel as if I've been robbed
