Great gift ideas for teams and super easy to get them bulk delivered to individual addresses, especially for teams that are spread across the UK and working virtually. Also loved being able to donate to charity. The customer service team, once you can find how to contact them were also super friendly. I didn't realise there was a template to upload addresses, once this was pointed out the process was really straight forward.

Ordered and the next day didn't have tracking details so went to the online chat, got a response within minutes and the most helpful person sorted everything for me and ensured the box was sent to a very important person.

Really pleased with hampers. In future please can an invoice with name of receiver be on the box. I had to open the gift packages to find out whose was who. Then I had to reseal with sellotape - not great when these are gifts
