Great customer service

Great customer service!
I had a tiny issue (not with the company, with my recipient of the gift!) and Wellbox immediately emailed to help resolve and put my mind at rest, showing the gift had been safely delivered. All I can say is a brilliant company and I will be highly recommending!

Beautiful and unexpected gift giving idea

The ordering process was simple and easy to use. My personal user error, I accidentally added the gift to my basket twice and checked out before I had realized. Customer service immediately responded to my query to them of refunding me for one unit - and the money was reunited within three business days.
My friend was over the moon with the unique gift.

Highly Recommend! Fabulous Service and Products!

As a company, we ordered some Sustain boxes to go out to individual staff members as a gift for Wellbeing Week. WellBox were absolutely brilliant, guiding me through the whole process as and when I had problems and made the ordering experience very easy! When the Sustain boxes were received, which were delivered very promptly, the contents of the boxes was great! Am very impressed with this company and wouldn't hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them!
