Welkinbird Arvostelua 

I ordered 2 Q-Less games from Welkinbird which duly arrived with the tins dented. Q-Less is a crossword solitaire game and has twelve dice with a letter printed on all 6 sides.
The game is called Q-Less as there are no letter Qs printed on the dice. Both of my tins had 4 letter Qs.
The product I was sent is a rip off of the original game.
I have contacted Welkinbird and had no satisfactory response.
Will never use this company again and they should be taken to task!!

So far, not happy. I ordered through an instagram advert. I saw the payment for the item come out from my account. A day or so later a further unknown payment of 14.99 was taken by them too. I emailed straight away to ask what this payment was and I've had no acknowledgement of email or reply to my question. I've also had no updates on the order since confirmation on the 24th August.

Mugs overpriced. Not 3D. Poor quality. Ridiculously overpriced

Just arrived, cheap moulded plastic. Terrible. Bought for a gift but too ashamed to give to the person I bought it for. Definitely not worth the money paid!

Trying to return 2 items. Wish I'd checked this company out first. No reply to emails so obviously no refund! See some apparently 'verified' reviews praising their goods but the English is very bad ! Avoid.

Definitely a scam.

Ordered goods and nothing has arrived in 2 weeks and they replay to no emails at all.

Some 5 weeks after ordering I still don’t have my items!!

I’ve emailed you a number of times to chase up my order as the tracking details never changed. Never received a response!
Emailed/submitted the online form asking what was happening & due to time taken to cancel my order and refund me - no response to ANY of my emails.

I would not recommend this company - steer clear! VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE: I’ve no goods & no refund!!!!

Emailed on 6th March as the card didnt arrive in time for Mothers day. Emailed twice again on 8th March. No reply to either.

27th July still no reply, decided to used the card for my Mum's birthday instead as it was late. It didn't work. I followed instructions and it started shouting once I pulled the tab, not when the card was opened.

I then gave it to my mum 20 mins later and it had already stopped shouting.

So just looked like a rubbish card for £14. Emailed yet again for a refund, wont hold ny breath.

Awful product, awful customer service. DONT BOTHER STEER CLEAR.

Item arrived smashed to pieces, solely due to very poor packaging for a glass product. No telehpne number for customer services, 2 weeks later and 4 emails sent, still no repsonse and £20 out of pocket. AVOID!!

I received my items in the post this morning. Not sure what to make of it asi have never received any correspondence following my email to customer services. Can't imagine using or recommending this company in future.

No order received - scam
Strongly advise others to look elsewhere for any products seen online with this company.
Seen and ordered in June 2 items I felt would be useful for my planned camping trip in July - which I have now returned from. Still awaiting delivery. Tracking says still in transit. Email Welkinbird Customer Services 4 days ago and no response to date. Believe I have been scammed and strongly advise others to avoid using this company.

I have still not received my order will need to tqke this up with my card provider

Items were way too small and I ordered XL. Order arrived but with no returns information and cannot find how to return on website. I have emailed them three times now but had no reply. Would not buy from here again.

Purchased item mid June 24, it’s now 08 July nothing received. Email sent 2 days ago……. No response.
DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I gave 1 star as I can’t give none.

The item they sent was sewn inside out so unwearable - as their website suggest I immediately contacted them and attached photos - to date I have sent 5 emails over the space of 7 weeks (and filled in the form on their website twice) - they are not responding at all. STEER CLEAR OF PURCHASING FROM THIS COMPANY

After several emails and even a poor review previously I have still not received my parcel and customer service centre not responded to anything. Extremely disappointed. 3 months now.

The specifically do not give you enough time to send dress back after it doesn't fit. They giving refunds 2 months later. Won't be use them again!

This is a dreadful company. The item I ordered was poor quality, the mounting screws were all different sizes and lengths plus there was not the correct number. It snapped after 2 uses. No point trying to contact them. They keep sending mr offers. I've tried to unsubscribe several times but they ignore the request. Ofcom should sort them out

Ordered a Father’s Day card in the uk a month prior to required. Item has still not arrived 10 days after Father’s Day. Back and forth on email telling me they will sent another and the original was delivered to to check with neighbours and lodge a complaint with Royal Mail. But still not taking responsibility for undelivered item. Of which I paid £4.99 postage. This company are scammers - DO NOT USE!

I ordered 2 screwdriver sets from these people via an advert on Facebook. The advert showed powered screwdrivers but when they arrived they were not the same product. I’ve demanded a refund and am awaiting a reply. Do not buy from these people.
