Okay, I have ordered a $890 stroller. The website says 15 days shipping date to USA, but today is 7th week, and the product is not arrived yet.

I will move to a different country on July 18th 2019 (after 6 days), and I highly doubt that this product will arrive by that date. Which means, I will not have it or it will be returned to the shipper or something.

I had to file a PayPal claim after 4 weeks of purchase, and PayPal got me some tracking numbers from them. The tracking number is not even updated since July 7. According to it the package is still waiting in Milan, Italy. Today is July 12.

Customer service is terrible. They do not pick up the phone and they barely ever respond to emails with short and meaningless responses which doesn't even answer to my question. It takes them several days to respond to your emails. Or simple no response to many of emails.

I have also created a support ticket on their website, several weeks ago, no-one even bothered responding to them.

This website follows the "Art of how NOT to do a business". So many things are wrong, and I am wondering right now how they are even in the business.

And I am wondering why on earth I didn't check these review from other people before placing my $890 order.

If my order does not come by July 18, 2019. I am going to request a money back. A full refund, including the shipping fees. If refund doesn't process within a few days, I will report this company as a fraught and will get my money back with my Bank's help.

If my order comes by July 18, 2019 I might forgive some of their sins and update my review maybe. Maybe!

Just in case the business owner wants to check my order, here is the invoice number is: 15361. But I highly doubt he/she will even bother.

People, stay away from this site. Please take my advice, and do not order anything from them.

My son turned 2 month old without a stroller! :(

You are a joke. I am not holding you accountable for my trip, I am holding you accountable for the promise you made, which you were supposed to deliver the item to me in two weeks. Today is 7th week, and I don't have the item yet. That is what I am holding you accountable for!!! And the package didn't even leave the Europe yet, and customs are only relevant when the item arrives to US border. And you have given me the tracking number only and only PayPal came after you. I got the tracking number from PayPal, not from you! And sender is not responsible for the customs, correct, but you are responsible to ship the item as soon as possible. Not after 6 weeks of the order date. For the world to watch, here is the tracking number. Order was on May 17, 2019, and the first shipping activity is on July 7, 2019. You pretty much shipped my item only after 50 days. My trip was planned before I order the stroller, and it was two months ahead of my trip. In two months, orders arrive even from Mars! Yet alone it is only from Europe.

PS: Your reply to my public feedback was quicker then your reply to my customer support tickets and the emails. You better spend your time with taking care of your customers, and the positive feedback will flow by itself.

Seller is just not bad is TERRIBLE! Seller is a CROOK!

A month ago, I ordered a ride on Electric train for my baby. The train was priced at 230 euros, it was supposed to arrived at most 15 days after I ordered it. It did not! I sent several emails to WelcomeMRBaby inquiring about my ordered and never got an answer. Tired of that I contacted Paypal for a reimbursement. After Paypal contacted the seller, they sent me a tracking number from DHL, stating that the product had been sent. Today I received the package, I had to pay almost 60 euros in import fees (which I am ok) but instead of the 230 euro train, I received a useless small battery, which is announced in it's website at 50 euros! I do not need this piece of crap! I do not have what I ordered, I have paid beyond what was supposed. The seller is a complete crook! Have contacted paypal for a reinbursement. This is the first time this has happened to me. I like ordering from ALiexpress and every single time I have ordered something it has arrived; even 1 dollar items! This is unbelievable. Awful Seller needs to be put out of business!

I ordered a carseat, and heard nothing from them and it wasn't until I filed a paypal claim that they finally responded after 6 weeks of ordering that it had been sent. I am very upset as I had already ordered it elsewhere and so now I have 2 products from them. Not happy, and not happy that PayPal just went along with it and cancelled my claim without verifying that I received the product.

Placed my order on the 1st of May and still waiting for it to be delivered, email telling me it’s been shipped last Friday, 31st of May and they are just waiting for tracking info from the logistics company, neither have arrived. Someone is not telling the truth, my advice is don’t use them

Do not order from this company! No delivery, no response from company.
Ordered a highchair 3 weeks ago, it said 10-15 day delivery on the website. After 15 days I emailed them, no response within 7 days, there is no phone number to contact. Terrible experience, will call my bank to get the payment cancelled as this company has broken the contract.

Extrêmement déçue. J’ai commandé une poussette trio couleur rose/prune. Je l’ai reçue un mois après en rouge sans en avoir été informée. J’ai envoyé plusieurs mails afin de leur faire savoir que je n’acceptais pas cela. Je n’ai eu qu’une seule réponse me disant que la couleur demandée était en rupture de stock et qu’on m’avait envoyé une couleur qui se rapprochait. Plus aucune nouvelle depuis, j’ai demandé à leur renvoyer la poussette et à obtenir un remboursement. À fuir!!!! Je regrette amèrement. Si j’avais su, j’aurais commandé tranquillement en magasin.

N'achetez rien chez eux, argent débité du compte, délais de livraison non respectés, aucune nouvelle, je pense qu'on nous n'aurons jamais notre achat. Ne répondent ni aux mails ni au téléphone.
C'est absolument scandaleux.

J’ai commandé un hamac de pousette le 9 avril , on est le 20 je n’ai toujours pas mon hamac et ma cb a été débité !!!! J’ai envoyé je ne sais combien de mail pour avoir le remboursement de ma commande aucunes réponses !!! Ce sont juste des arnaqueurs !!! Car au final je n’ai pas mon hamac et j’ai perdu 190 euros !!! Je ne recommande pas ils ne sont pas sérieux et sont des escrots !!!!

Ich bin so enttäuscht. Ich habe am 11.02.2019 die Tragetasche bestellt und bis heute habe ich keine! Mein Kind ist schon 3,5 Monate alt und hat keine Tragetasche. Leonardo hat mir zuerst geschrieben, dass die Bestellung in 1 Woche kommt, seit aber 2 Wochen antwortet er nicht mehr. Wahnsinn! Ich muss meine Bank bieten, die Einzahlung stornieren und noch die Reklamation für Konsumentenschutz schreiben.

Even if trustpilot took away my review, I renew my estimate to welcomemrbaby. My husband and I had a terrific experience while shopping for our second kid. We had been loyal customer to a local shop here in the UK but we decided to make an experiment for the new equipment that were needed this time. We were not expecting such an excellent and fast service, not to mention the free shipping offer we received. Highly recommended.

Update:
After not getting any responses from Welcome Mr Baby, I contacted PayPal to file a claim. In about 4 days, PayPal informed me they have received a tracking number from Welcome Mr Baby. The product finally arrived this morning but it was a wrong color. I ordered the grey color but received the “ocean color”. At this point, I cannot wait for another month for the right color to arrive. I’m not happy about the efficiency and accuracy of this company but at least, I have something in hand to use when my baby arrives. This order was placed under last name Mi.

This company has no credibility!!! I feel so frustrated having to deal with them. Before placing an order, I reached out to their customer service and was informed that the product would be shipped out in 2-3 days and would arrive in the US within two weeks. After I placed the order, no one from the customer service replied to any of my emails regarding where my order was!!! It’s been 20 days that I haven’t heard any update!!!

my order was sent back since 6 month ago and i still wait for my refund. since january i get no answer of the customerservice i write more than 10 times. if you want to loos money for keeping no product than order by this company i never see such a bad service!!!

Purchased a $200 carseat a month ago. No response to any of my emails. No tracking or shipping info. It's a scam. I'll be contacting my bank to have the payment stopped immediately.
*Update- After posting this I was contacted by someone from the company saying that the carseat was on back order and was recieved by them and would be on the way. That was over a week ago. Still nothing. This company is terrible!!

It's been over a week when I order a base for my baby's car seat, but there is no progress for the order. It is still pending. No phone numbers that I can reach.. I emailed many times and there is no return. Even tried chat online but there is nothing. I think this company is a scam, don't buy anything from here. You won't receive any item. I applied for cancellation fo the transaction from my bank and waiting for that because I could't see any "cancel order" button on the company site. I am not sure if I can get my money back. This was horrible.

I purchased a crib for my daughter and she was absolutely delited with the product. Easy to assemble. We could not have found it in the UK! Easy browsing, decent price. Absolutely recommended!

I feel horrible for not reading the reviews before I ordered!!! This company is absolutely fraud!!! I ordered a pram and did not receive it up until 3 MONTHS LATER!!!! WHEN IT FINALLY ARRIVED PARTS WERE MISSING!!!! Now is 5 months since I ordered this and I had go out and buy it elsewhere! $1200 out of my pocket!! They were not willing to refund it! They promised to send a return label but never did! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

This website is a scam. I ordered a car seat costing €220 and it’s been several weeks and I have not received my item. They have not responded to any correspondence regarding delivery status or a refund. I feel very stupid to have trusted this site. I think Its dreadful. They also have a Facebook account which you cannot post onto. Obviously they just want people to thinks it’s a reputable site and unfortunately it is not. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. YOU WILL END UP OUT OF POCKET AND FEEL AS STUPID AS I DO FOR BEING THE VICTIM OF FRAUD. SHAME ON THEM!!
UPDATE They responded with the same email as other cunstomers saying the colour was not available right away and I could look at alternative colours. I have responded with a similar email as my review. Finely enough I have not had a reply from them. Luckily after reporting this incident to my bank they were happy to refund me the money so I am not out of pocket. I also informed the website that I have taken further action with my bank. They are currently investigating them. Corrupt site. Do not use.

I did not get the product i wanted, nor did the company refund my money. 195,00€ are gone - to be correct this is fraud!
I ordered a babybjoern bouncer in a particular color. After a few days they got back to me and told me that they do no longer have the product and offered me some alternative colors. But I did not like the colors, so I asked them to cancel the order and refund the money, so I can buy somewhere else. Afterwards I just got messages where someone said that the refund is being processed. This went on for months, where I received a message to every three messages I wrote until they just stopped all communication. Now it is one year and I have not received the 195,00€ that I paid them.
I was in the whole process very friendly and understanding. Things go wrong sometimes. But one year and no reply anymore - this to me is a scam!

Ne surtout pas commander sur ce site.ils n'ont rien en stock et mentent sur les delais de livraison.

J'ai commandé une poussette pour mon bébé le 19 juillet 2017. Le délai de livraison indiqué est de 10 à 15 jours.
Au bout des 15 jours, ne voyant toujours pas l'article arriver, je les contacte pour savoir ce qu'il en est, si l'article a bien été expédié etc...
On me répond que non, l'article n'est toujours pas envoyé car plus en stock (ah bon pourtant ce n'était pas noté sur le site!!! et pourquoi personne ne m'envoie un mail pour m'en avertir?!). On me demande de patienter le temps qu'ils aient à nouveau du stock. "Ok mais dans quel délai?". Toujours aucune réponse concrète sur le délai mais qu'il faut patienter, que l'usine est fermée pour les vacances d'été. Cela faisant déjà presque 1 mois depuis ma commande, je demande alors à être remboursée car j'ai besoin de cette poussette et que si j'avais su que ça prendrait autant de temps je n'aurais pas commandé sur ce site!
On me demande encore de patienter! J'insiste à nouveau sur ma demande de remboursement mais n'ayant plus de nouvelles je mêle Paypal à l'affaire (ouf j'avais payé avec Paypal!). Ils lui ont donné un délai supplémentaire (pourquoi d'ailleurs? puisque cela fait déjà plus d'1 mois que j'attends qu'on m'envoie cet article, sans compter le délai de livraison à venir!).
Heureusement le 07 septembre Paypal procède à notre remboursement soit presque 2 mois après ma commande.

EN RESUME ce que je reproche au site:
- Noter sur le site que l'article est en stock alors que ce n'est pas le cas!
- Ne pas informer le client qu'il y a une rupture du stock par email au moins afin qu'il ne soit pas étonné que l'article ne soit toujours pas arrivé à la fin du délai de livraison!
- Faire patienter alors que la moindre des choses est de procéder au remboursement quand on est en tort!
- Ne plus répondre aux mails.
