I feel that I was heard, and a plan was shown to me that has helped me so far.

Its a complete scam. I tried to cancel my membership as I don't use the app enough and was under the impression it was canceled however I have continued to be charged and when I spoke to a representative they said that you are forced locked into a long term plan and can't be canceled so they just stealing your money while you wait for the time up.

Great subscription. Good recipes. Questions answered quickly.

I appreciate their quick response. Communicating has been pretty simple and I am grateful for that.

I turned down their GLP1 program & come to find out they are charging me 25 x 12 months or THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS FOR NOTHING ! I am 76 years old . I need that money. I am so upset & sad. I don't see why they are doing this to me.

The multi- levels of support thru receipes, testimonials & exercises keeps you engaged. You are your own "barometer" as to how you are progressing and WW are the inspectors that lovingly "tap you" into nudging you, if needed, to do differently.

The staff has been professional, knowledgeable and timely in their communications

I like Weight Watchers because it tells me how many points I have and when I need I would’ve gone over my point system have I not had Weight Watchers on my phone you think it’s like two points but it’s like 10 and then it’s another 15 and then another 25 but they add up so that’s why I like it

Not helpful or accommodating at all. I am having financial hardship and have had no empathy for my situation. Paying 74$ a month for a care team that doesn’t check in unless prompted by me so paying 74$ for someone to send in refills and now am having financially troubles and requested a lower monthly rate for a little while and have been received with harsh answers where they locked the chat and won’t hear what else I have to say.

If you aren't the kind of person who has a routine (or a great memory), this isn't for you. My biggest word of caution is about the year long commitment deal. If you start and realize within a few months that this isn't for you, too bad, you're locked in it for a year. I'm paying hundreds of dollars for a service that I don't use and I'm contractually obligated to pay with no ability to change anything or back out. Their "coaches" don't help other than regurgitating the same pieces of information over and over again.

Weight Watchers has been great and helped me lose 15lbs within two months of starting. The dietitian and care team are excellent. Subscriptions are straight forward, fitness goals, and application is excellent can take you to anything you need.

If I could give it no stars I would. On September 4, 2026, I signed up for Weight Watchers. I have used weight watchers in the past and liked it. So, I wanted to try it again. I signed up for the Med+ to see if maybe that might be a better way to go. The website states that no food is off limits but really doesn’t give too much information about the program. That is until you give your credit card. Upon checkout there was a popup confirming that I was signing up for the 12-month commitment, but nothing more that I can recall. The twelve-month plan was $25 for the first two months and $79 for the remaining months plus the cost of meds. It was not clear what the cost of the meds would be. It asked for more information so the clinician could determine eligibility. It was not clear what would happen if it was determined that you were not eligible. Nothing on whether you can cancel at that time.
Once I signed up, I explored the site and printed the welcome PDF. The next day I started tracking and very quickly that this was not the same Weight Watchers that I remember. I also realized that this program was not for me. Sunday September 6, 2026, I tried to cancel through the app and was redirected to the chat. I was told that I can cancel for the following year, but I must continue paying for the rest of the year. I still don’t know what the costs are for the clinician as the response to that question was very vague.
I tried to make the most of it and give it another try but found it to be far too restrictive and unsustainable. I work with a personal trainer, and he set me up with another app a while back and made a comparison with the tracking. It’s not enough. When they say no food is off limits, it’s very misleading on the site. Basically, anything that comes out of a package is given an insanely high points value and they have lowered the number of points that you get each day. This creates situations where the person is shamed for grabbing something that they recently bought because they believed it to be healthy. I am not happy with this program.
On Tuesday September 8, 2026, I vented my frustration on the community message board on the app. Did I receive any support from the WW community? None. Instead of any kind of encouraging words from the “community” or staff, I was met with a response of “no one is forcing me to be there”. Actually, that is not true. They are telling me I can’t cancel.
When I got home on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, I called customer service in a last attempt to try to resolve this. Jennifer kept repeating that I signed up for the 12 month commitment so too bad. Very scripted. There has to be something that can be done. I would even be willing to pay the $149 for the first month. This program is not for everyone and it is completely unreasonable to hold a person to this knowing they are miserable and won’t succeed. I’ve reached out three times already and no one has even offered to “help me overcome my obstacles” Bla Bla Bla. Isn’t that what WW is supposed to be about?
