Very poor communications
Very poor communications, several days delay in speaking to Care Team member for intake (determining which GLP-0!, dosage, etc.), pricing is not clear or well communicated.
I was a member for 6 years, left because of communication lapses, lack of help, being able to speak with someone. I took a break for aboutj 6 months and then decided to try again. Nope, even less satisfactory than before.
I understand WW needs to make a profit but it seems they have lost track of their primary purpose which is helping people.

I signed up for it wanting to use one…
I signed up for it wanting to use one of the GLP medications. I knew the cost would be extra but you can’t look at what’s available or how much it is until you sign up. The one I wanted to use was $300-500/month along with the $84 I pay for WW. I will not be using the meds from them and I am stuck paying $84 per month until February for something I won’t be able to use. I used to love WW but it has become nothing but a scam!

I love WW. Going to my local in person meeting every Saturday is so important to me. I am inspired by my Leader, Diane, my fellow participants, and the weekly topic!
I’ve lost over 80 pounds so far and am getting close to my goal weight!
I appreciate WW and the in person meetings so much that while I am in another state taking care of my Mom, I’m attending another great in person meeting every Saturday so I don’t lose momentum - and I’m continuing to lose!

I enjoy the virtual meetings. Great to have registered dietitians and medical doctors available to answer members questions. All WW coaches are very knowledgeable and supportive. I find this part of the program works with my busy schedule. So many meetings and topics offered daily.
