When I first started the program the assigned team Care person sent me a text stating my plan would cost I believe $149 per month. I responded that amount was not correct and much higher than the plan I signed up for. They asked for me to provide screen prints of my sign up plan. I couldn't understand why I had to jump through hoops when they could of easily accessed the same information I sent them. Otherwise the support has been good!

Great organization and the only weight loss program that works. Coach Deloris, is so good leading, supporting and involving every person in the class. Of 35 attendees, I have never seen 35 positive, helpful people in the same room.

I LOVE the workshops
I LOVE the workshops! So many choices, wonderful leaders. The MED+ is nothing but problems for me, honestly. Between waiting a long time for a response and now not being able to get the “form” needed to request a refill, I am filled with nothing but anxiety. It started with WW not being able to get me approved for WEEKS, when my pcp got me approved in 2 hours, completely frustrating and anxiety inducing.

Fast and efficient staff
Fast and efficient staff. They got me approved for the Medicare Bridge in about 2 weeks. They are responsive to my questions when needed. At my age though I sometimes struggle with the technical side.

Program has Changed/No Incentives for Lifetimers
The program has completely changed. There’s no more celebrations for Lifetimers and nothing to keep us motivated. I’ve grown stagnant with the plan and am no longer excited about it anymore. There’s no more charms, WW snacks/products, etc. You guys have taken so much away from us and it’s disheartening to say the least. I’m inclined to quit the program at this point and meetings are no longer doing it for me. Lastly, the app is absolutely horrible. The changes that were made aren’t user friendly. It is so hard to figure out how to do the most simplest thing like track food that I’ve learned just the bare basics and nothing else. I
