I really like the WW app. I’ve used other diet apps and they are not as user friendly. The but I think doing away with the one-on-one consultations was a big mistake. These meetings were aimed at meeting the individual needs of the member. I also think there is no real accountability anymore.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff and lots of great advice and encouragement.

professional, medically supervised. I feel saft in the hands of weight watchers. There ae so many resources to help you live a healty life.

Our current coach is very uninspiring!! we have had some amazing coaches over my journey but the current coach, even after some time, is still reading the weeks info from a book, is not able to ad lib and has a monotonous monotone delivery. Several of our participants have moved to other meetings, and I now try and do a virtual meeting to keep motivated. I now only go to the group meetings to maintain numbers for those members who do not have an alternative!!!!

The refills. There should be an auto refill if one has selected this option. There was a refill button and I pushed assuming all was processed. I was down to one pill and there had been no correspondence as to whether or not this request was processed. it was not clear to me that the refill process didnt process. If a customer is on the weightloss medicine perhaps some kind of reminder that they need to refill.
Essentially, I ran out of Wegovy and was disappointed that the current process for reordering didnt go thru for me. Now I am picking up from a local pharmacy and have no idea how much this dose will cost. Im very frustrated that using the app correspondence may take up to two days for a reply and there isnt a more automatic refill system.

I can’t access the app so I can’t log in my weight and food. I’m paying for WW but can’t use the app? I don’t even know who to contact to report that I can’t access the app.

my care team's very good. my only problem is that I'm still having a little trouble navigating the website. I'm not very computer savvy.

My dietician is helping me navigate my weight loss during menopause. She’s been very helpful and supportive.

Ease of tracking my macro while on my Glp-1 journey. The app has lots of valuable information and ideas for exercise and fitness as well as recipes and coaching. The cost is less expensive than other on line programs and offers so much more.

How do I speak with someone? Sent request for new pills, no response as to when they will arrive. Getting frustrated.

Everyone has been great. I don’t have to wait long for any answers.

I do not like that when I’m in any tab, for example, my Profile, there is no way to quickly get back to the most recent post/item. Im constantly tapping my finger on my phone. Its insane.

I find it all very difficult to find what I need to help me on my Journey and now both the weekly meeting Zoom sessions have changed. I can't go to a virual meetings there are none in my area but there are a lot of Slimming World classes and I am thinking of going there

I feel like it takes forever to get my prescription. I should just be able to order it and not go back and forth with messages. A bit $$$ for what I get.

Very helpful and attentive. So happy to be a part of Weight Watchers.
