My washing machine refused to start over a week ago now and the first engineer came out to review it. He was warm, friendly but always professional and explained everything he was doing to me. Unfortunately my machine needed a new part which he ordered.
The second engineer came yesterday and fitted the part. He was exactly the same as the first engineer, warm, friendly and very professional.
I'm playing catch-up with my washing now.

Unfortunately, my experience with Wefix has been a nightmare. First, the technician came to my house without the replacement part, which I already found quite disappointing, especially since it wasn’t a particularly specialised component. A week later, they informed me that the part had arrived and scheduled another appointment to carry out the repair.

On the day of the repair, they called to say that the part they had received was the wrong one and that they would have to order the correct part instead. I wasn’t surprised, as the technician hadn’t even touched the part of the machine that he claimed needed replacing.

Overall, the service has been very poor and unprofessional.

The engineer who came to fix my washing machine was very professional polite new over the job glad my machine is fixed he was on time no mess made

Next day service, on time, good Comms and engineers who knew exactly what was going on and how to fix our problem, very happy customer

Nice and polite the only issue is didn’t shut my garden gate after leaving other than that no other issues

Second call out to fix previously same problem, two months ago. First engineer did not diagnose problems correctly, hence his repair did not last.
On second call out, a more experienced engineer visited and identified three actual problems.
New element burnt out again, faulty control switch replaced and he diagnosed and repaired a malfunctioning interior cable.
The admin team, especially Lucy were very supportive and helpful.
Pleased so far after this second repair.

The repair was done on the day it was booked and the guy explained exactly what he was doing and explained what could be needed going forward

Engineer arrived to fix our Samsung washing machine. He was friendly and polite, couldn't fault the service he provided. Explained what the issue was and sorted that out of us. We have used this company before via our insurance and again they sorted it out. Excellent service. Highly recommend.

Gary recently came out to repair both our washing machine and tumble dryer after they unfortunately broke down at the same time.
From start to finish, Gary was professional, courteous, and incredibly patient. He quickly diagnosed the issues, explained everything clearly, and carried out the repairs efficiently.
What really stood out was how kind and engaging he was with our 5-year-old son, who spent much of the visit peppering him with questions! Gary took the time to answer him patiently and made him feel included, which was greatly appreciated.
Excellent customer service, a fantastic attitude, and a real credit to the company. Thank you, Gary, for making what could have been a stressful situation so much easier.
I'd also like to recognise the customer service team, who were lovely throughout the process. They kept us updated on the progress of the repairs, communicated clearly, and made sure we always knew what was happening, which gave us real confidence that everything was being handled properly.

If there was a zero that’s what they’d get. Didn’t tell me my insurance wouldn’t cover alleged ‘vermin damage’ - without evidence until after I rang up to say repair not complete. Rude unhelpful and I now have a fully insured washer stood in the middle of my kitchen with no means of washing for a disabled family. Dreadful customer service and wouldn’t recommend. Engineer was great but who knew about vermin damage???? I think it’s a cop out. Domestic and General equally dreadful.
