Great experience ordering through WedoSkin! The product arrived quickly and was packaged well. Fast delivery and smooth ordering process, very happy with the service and excited to keep using them to order my skincare products.

I placed my order on April 2, and until May 4 there was no shipping update at all. I contacted customer service several times by email and text, and every time I was told the order would ship “tomorrow” or “this weekend,” but it never did.
This experience has been extremely disappointing and mentally exhausting. I understand delays can happen, but repeatedly giving inaccurate shipping promises without any real update is very frustrating and unprofessional.
I hope the company improves communication and transparency with customers in the future.

Excellent customer service. I had accidentally added some products in my cart, and unable to remove them, but your customer service was able to remove on company’s end, and I was able to complete my order. And then order came very quickly. I have used the products I ordered before, and love them.

Easy shipping and purchase. Great sale price on Mother’s Day. If I had to pick anything that left me a little confused it was that when the product was bought from Shop, the shipping showed the product as delivered but that was just to the sub-delivery courier who still had a few days to deliver. Only their email let me know that was the process. All good and arrived ahead of schedule!

I had difficulty with an order that was initially confirmed and then not received by me for over 1 month. After many texts, emails back and forth, Liz was wonderful and so kind and helpful in figuring out the delay. She was able to get it sent out and I received it today. I am so happy and want to commend her for her wonderful customer service and assistance.

Very reliable and professional service, great products

I decided to order my product with this company because it was a fair price, free shipping. It was a super fast process and I got my product after one day. The third party delivery service they chose to use was excellent and friendly coming to the door. I will use this business in the future.

I experienced delays with my order. I placed the order on April 5, and at the end of May I reached out to customer service for information regarding my order. Turns out there were supply delays on their end as well, but I received 100$ in rewards immediately for my next purchase and they gave me free item worth $75. Which was very nice of them! I was not in a rush to get my order, more just worries why it takes such a long time. But overall I am very happy about my experience with Wedoskin:)

Love the cash back feature. Once you place your order you get updates on shipment and delivery. Site has lots to choose from and products have always come quickly.

Orders take a long time to ship. I ordered 10 business days before a vacation and after 3 business days my ordered had not even been shipped yet. I was trying to get ahold of someone to see if I could even pay for expedited shipping or get my ordered delayed and delivered after I get back, or possibly figure out what the delay was as 10 business days should be plenty of time to arrive. I could not get ahold of anyone and im worried that over $200 of products will be left ob my door step for over a week.

Further to this, I canceled my order when the status was "unfulfilled" and was told that they could not cancel my order l depsite following their own guidelines of canceling my order when the status was "unfulfilled".

Realy great fast service with a nice concern about my satisfaction. I realy appreciate dealing with this company. Thank you !
