I have purchased several items from this site. The only problem I have with them is shipping carrier or the company does not inform about updates so it gave me worries as I’ve lost some packages from other companies. This is the most important thing to me. Do something about updating your customers as to where their products are.

That said, your order was delivered within the stated shipping timeframe (SLA) provided at checkout. To minimize delays, we also split the shipment and covered the additional cost on our end so you could receive items as soon as they became available.
We understand waiting can be frustrating, but we aim to be transparent about timelines so customers can choose the shipping option that best suits their needs. We recommend you chose express shipping if you require product within the next few days.

Worst shipping experience I’ve ever…
Worst shipping experience I’ve ever had! It took 18 days for my order to arrive in Montreal. While I understand there may have been delays due to the Easter promotion, this still feels excessive. On top of that, I didn’t receive the assorted sample as promised, even though my order exceeded 250$. Overall, I’m very disappointed with my first experience ordering from this company.
