Overall experience of the collection of a car from me was good.

The original collection date had by We Deliver Cars to be changed on the day, but fortunately this didn't affect me.

The collection driver, Abid, was a very nice chap - polite and professional. The whole process from when he arrived didn't take long.

I doubt the reviews on here are from genuine customers - they nearly all heap praise on the driver by name in the first two sentences and use the same tone.

In our case they phoned up 2 hours before the schedule collection window to advise that the driver had called in sick. Reviews on other sites indicate this is a common excuse. The real reason is more likely bad scheduling, otherwise they have a serious staffing problem!

Obviously this causes inconvenience because we have to take time off work for the collection.

Abid was great, very friendly and helpful.

I want to praise the collection driver Keiran for his honesty, efficiency and overall relaxed demena. The evaluation and hand over of the car was made stress free. I thoroughly endorse this service.

Great experience with Abid, called first thing on the morning to give approx time and kept me up to date when 30 mins away. Also kept me up to date while reviewing the car.

Great service

We deliver cars collected my vehicle after selling through Mototrway. Abid kept me informed leading up to the collection and arrived on time. Abid was professional and polite, he explained what he needed to do to carry out his assessment. Very pleasant experience.

Used them through motorway. Gavin was a gent, so polite and friendly. Although I did offer to collect him from the nearest train station so he didn’t have to walk the rest of the way (I live a bit remotely).
Despite acknowledging that I said this and saying they’d pass this on, they didn’t, leaving the poor bloke to walk half a mile up a very big hill.

I have been employed buy them and did not reimburse my travel cost really poor company and told incorrect information

Very efficient

A great experience with Wayne.

Wayne was extremely friendly and considerate and kept me updated throughout the day on the time of his arrival which matched the time slot I was told the day before the collection.
He completed an efficient inspection and test-drive and ensured payment from the dealership was in my bank before he left with my M140i.
All round great service made the sale of my car on motorway a very positive process.

Friendly, easy to work with, great contact before and during

Shaquille Roberts who collected my car today was an absolute credit to the business. He looked smart, kept us informed us of his arrival time & was polite with excellent communications. No stress.

Michael was very friendly and professional. Straight forward honest feedback leading to a quick sale... and off the car went!

Very easy way to sell a car. Lloyd came to our house was very well mannered and portrayed himself very well. Had a thorough look round our car and took it for a test drive. He then went through his process that goes to the dealer and made the whole transaction very smooth. Money was received with no hassle within minutes of the report being sent. I would definitely recommend this service.

It was very first time I have come across such service… Abid, who came to collect my car was very professional. Introduced himself presenting his company ID card, explained how the service works took me trough the process and waited until the money for the car show up on my account only then he drove off.

Very professional a pleasure to do business with.

Truly awful, cancelled on me when I have taken a day off work, can’t give me a new date until over a week away. Avoid like the plague

Very efficient and most importantly an exceptionally friendly service provided by Abid.
Abid was more than happy to answer all my questions and advised me on the paperwork required to complete the transaction.
