Leider waren wir mit den Dienstleistungen der Agentur sehr unzufrieden. Die Kommunikation verlief unstrukturiert – bereits übermittelte Informationen mussten mehrfach wiederholt werden, ohne dass sie berücksichtigt wurden.
Nach der Zahlung von ca. 1000 € bestand der einzige erkennbare Beitrag der Agentur darin, unseren Antrag an das dänische Standesamt weiterzuleiten. Eine umfassende Begleitung oder Betreuung fand nicht statt. Nach der Überweisung erhielten wir kaum noch Rückmeldungen, was bei uns den Eindruck hinterließ, dass wir als Kund:innen nicht ernst genommen wurden.
Zusätzlich hatten wir eine Apostille auf unserer Heiratsurkunde beauftragt – hierfür wurden uns 245 € berechnet. Später erfuhren wir, dass die Ausstellung der Apostille beim dänischen Ministerium lediglich ca. 30 € kostet und in wenigen Minuten erledigt ist. Dies erfuhren wir erst, als wir die Urkunde vergeblich persönlich bei der Agentur abgeben wollten.
Für den gezahlten Preis hätten wir deutlich mehr Verlässlichkeit, Transparenz und Service erwartet.

We have provided you with service every single time you called or wrote to us, and all your questions were answered. Despite this, you now choose to publish a 1-star review.
Regarding the apostille: the Ministry charges approx. 30 EUR for the stamp itself. Our fee of 245 EUR covers the full service, including handling, travel, submission at the Ministry, and secure international return of your documents. If you prefer to do it yourself, you are free to but it is misleading to compare our professional service with only the state fee.
In addition, we even refunded you the 245 EUR for the apostille service something you conveniently fail to mention.
We strongly reject your accusations.

Zu Beginn kritisch, aber letztendlich alles prima!
Wir waren zu Beginn etwas kritisch und konnten es kaum glauben, dass Heiraten in Dänemark so einfach ist und haben Fatih mit vielen Fragen gelöchert, die er geduldig beantwortet hat. Schlussendlich haben wir uns für Wedding Planner Denmark entschieden und der ganze Prozess ging wirklich schlank und zügig voran. Am 12. Wir haben vor einigen Tagen in Dänemark…
Wir haben vor einigen Tagen in Dänemark geheiratet, da wir keine Lust auf die deutsche Bürokratie hatten. Unsere Trauung wurde auf Englisch gehalten und war ebenfalls wunderbar, sehr freundliche Menschen haben uns begleitet.
Fatih hat uns nie im stich gelassen, hat immer geantwortet egal um welche Uhrzeit und hat uns Mut gemacht.
Ein Fotograf hatte er auch für uns organisiert und uns somit unseren schönsten Tag festgehalten.
Was wichtig zu erwähnen wäre, wenn ihr eure Dokumente Fatih schickt, befolgt bitte seinen Anweisungen, ansonsten kann es nicht von den Behörden akzeptiert werden und das führt nochmal zur längeren Verzögerung.
Alles in allem hat alles wunderbar geklappt und wir sind sehr dankbar dafür☺️

Excellent partner. Highly recommended.
WPD has been an excellent partner during the whole process of our civil wedding. We took the full service along with apostille service. The suggestions from them were quite helpful in arranging the documents before sending them to AFL which they handled. Everything went smoothly and Fatih was quite professional during the whole process. We are just waiting for the certificate with Apostille which I believe Fatih will send out soon.
Only three constructive points for which I would take off a star :
1. Since I provided all the documents, it would have been additional support If I was not asked to fill the forms since the form was a bit confusing at times.
2. The markup on their apostille service is quite huge. €30 when done yourself compared to €250 when they do it. The markup is nothing wrong to have as a business. I am not sure how much work one has to put in if done yourself since I trusted WPD, but I only suggest the perspective clients to have this information before deciding to opt for their service.
3. Fatih is quite open to writing emails. However, when spending around €1000 for a service, it is important that the service is not just transactional. I would have felt more welcome and the service more personal with a good welcome phone call without me having to request it.
Overall, it was a very good experience working with Fatih. I can recommend this to anyone deciding to getting wed in Denmark.
Tip: Fatih suggested Elsinore townhall for us to get wed since Copenhagen was full. There is a direct train from Copenhagen to Elsinore and the small town with cobbled streets is really beautiful. The wedding takes place in the hall where the city council meets which is again really beautiful. I can highly recommend the town. Thanks to Fatih!

Schnell und unkompliziert
Wir wollten eine unkomplizierte Hochzeit und Fatih hat uns das ermöglicht. Vielen Dank dafür! Wir haben Anfang Januar den Antrag gestellt und konnten letztendlich doch an unserem Wunschdatum Ende Februar heiraten. Unsere Wunschlocation war zwar nicht verfügbar, aber es wurde recht unkompliziert eine Alternative gefunden und ich muss sagen, dass wir sehr froh sind, dass unsere Hochzeit in Helsingor stattgefunden hat, da nicht nur der Ort, sondern auch das Rathaus wunderschön sind. Auch der Apostille-Service und die Organisation eines Fotografen haben sehr gut geklappt.
