Webwave Studio , Dropdash based in Delhi Gujarat and Shopify together frauded with me
Webwave Studio based in Delhi is the greatest fraud scammer group , they do fraud alongwith dropdash local office together. These buggers are shopify partners ,
4. Continuous Delays & Unresponsive Support
I repeatedly requested a domain registration in my name , they did not gve me passwrd almost 30 days, took the store ownership almost 35 days which they kept promising but after threatening with police , they gav store wnership and password of both domain and store ownership.
After 5 days of silence, they assigned me a “coordinator” who hardly attends calls.
She only replied after 5 + messages,
Repeating the same line: “Yes sir, I will get it done,”
But nothing was actually done.
When they failed to complete the tasks, I was given another contact: manager.
This person never answers calls,
Never replies to messages,
And acts completely unprofessional.
5. 3 Days of ads Completed –, all fake cod orders 40 plus arrived but Zero Results
It has now been 15 days, and here is the current status:
2 orders were canceled,
36 order returned (RTO),
40 plus orders are still not executed
No updates, no progress, and no real support from the company both dropdash and webwave studio.
6. Final Assessment – Fraudulent & Unprofessional
Based on my complete experience, I can confidently say that:
WebWave Studios and Dropdash is a fraudulent and unreliable company.
They take payments, make false promises, provide no service, and pass customers from one agent to another without completing any work.
People Involved in This Fraud are so bad that I cannot describe it .
Manager completely unresponsive, unprofessional
WebWave Studios – Overall system designed to fool and deceive customers.
Fake ads , fake deliveries alongwith dropdash partnering together. fraudsters group is detected and announced officially , i reported to shopify but they instead of taking action on them, shopify is worst company and terminated my site.
What a collective fraudsters are shopify doing business with these scammers and fraudster.
It is a shame to them , shopify , dropdash and webwave studios - a three in one partnering of such bad companies.
