She looked over my vehicle and did a very thorough inspection. After the inspection she made an offer. Together we completed the required paperwork to complete the transaction. She handed me a check. The entire process took about one hour.

Joe was a pleasure to deal with. We spoke in the morning, lined up the appointment and when I arrived he was pleasant, honest and explained to me the process. I could tell he was thorough in his test and pictures of my car.
We had a little back and forth over the offer but Joe kept me updated on what was happening (emailing dealers I reckon). Everything was very professional. Wrapped up the paperwork. 75-90 minutes tops. 100% recommend.
