The guys there were really friendly and accommodating. The entire process was less than an hour and a half. We left with a check that we were satisfied with.

---Update---
Hi Raif,
Just looping back around to thank you for speaking with our leadership team. We're sorry we couldn't deliver the positive outcome we're known for.
If there is anything more you would like to discuss, please don't hesitate to email us at customerfeedback@webuyanycarusa.com.

Hi Ralf,
Thank you for choosing webuyanycar.com and for sharing your feedback following your visit to our Wilmington, DE location. We sincerely apologize that our team did not give you their full attention during the closing process. Every customer deserves our complete focus, and we are addressing this directly with our Wilmington team.
We also want to address your concern about the offer. Our online estimate is based on the information provided by the customer. In this case, the only issue disclosed online was a damaged driver side front door handle. However, during our professional, in-person appraisal, our team identified a wide range of issues that were not reflected in the online estimate and that required an adjustment to ensure the final offer accurately reflected the vehicle's true condition:
• Hood rust
• Passenger side front fender rust
• Driver side front door dented
• Driver side rear door dented
• Passenger side front door dented
• Passenger side rear door dented
• Front bumper scratched
• Rear bumper scratched
• Passenger side rear quarter scratched
• Driver side front fender chipped
• Tailgate/trunk lid dented
• Windshield chipped
• Side mirror housing scratches on both sides
• Front light oxidation
• Undercarriage rocker panel jack damage on the driver side
In addition to the physical condition issues, our inspection identified the following mechanical and structural concerns:
• Transmission hard shift detected during the test drive
• ABS light illuminated
• Engine noise detected
• Structural damage to the undercarriage, including the front rail on the right side and the rocker panel assembly on the passenger side
These findings go well beyond normal wear and tear. Structural undercarriage damage, a transmission fault, and an illuminated ABS light are serious safety and mechanical concerns that must be fully repaired before a vehicle can be resold. Our final offer reflected the cost of bringing the vehicle to a resalable standard and was consistent with its true market value given the extent of the issues found. We invite all customers to join the appraisal process so they can see what we see and understand how a vehicle's condition affects its valuation, and our team should have explained the nature of these problems before you had the opportunity to accept or reject our offer.
We take your feedback very seriously and have logged a formal complaint on your behalf. The Area Manager responsible for our team in Wilmington is investigating and will be reaching out to you directly to discuss your experience and find a way to restore your faith in webuyanycar.com. If you'd like to share anything further, please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Experience Team at customerfeedback@webuyanycarusa.com.
Warmest regards,
Jeremy, on behalf of webuyanycar.com

We sold our 17 year old Subaru to Webuyanycar. We were wonderfully aided by manager Joe Mancini. Joe was knowledgeable, friendly, and completely professional. He guided us through every step of the process and thoroughly inspected the vehicle. The transaction took just over an hour. We left with check in hand, grateful for how smoothly the process went. If anyone asks, we would recommend that they give this company a try, if they have a vehicle to sell.
