The representative was courteous and efficient. Disappointed with the price offered after being told a much greater amount to get me to your office. With a 2006 vehicle, there would be dings here and there but overall the car looked good.

Tyrell Excels
Tyrell, Branch Manager @ West Norriton,PA was professional and very pleasant to work with. He gave us logical insight into our car's worth and made certain we had everything removed from the vehicle (i.e. our EZPass - which we overlooked). Tyrell obviously had experience in this field. We're in our 70's and have been down this kind of road before - he's a keeper for your organization.
