Very welcoming and professionally done

Very welcoming and professionally done. A complete overview of my car using the latest technology to evaluate the car's condition. The gentleman I worked with knew his stuff and made the time spent relaxing and enjoyable. A good experience and done in about an hour with the $$$ in my hand when I left.

Hi Gary,

Our leadership team had tried reaching out to you several times over the past few weeks without any success. We remain committed to ensuring you have a positive experience but have exhausted all options at our disposal to speak with you directly.

We kindly ask that you return our calls or email our customer experience team directly at customerfeedback@webuyanycarusa.com

Hi Gary and thanks so much for choosing to sell your Jeep Grand Cherokee at our Silver Spring, MD location. Thanks also for taking time to rate the customer service that you received from the buyer who assisted you. We promised you a five-star customer service experience and clearly, we fell short in some way. That's not cool. We want to understand what went wrong so we can make it right for you.

I've asked Area Manager Matt to speak with the team at Silver Spring and reach out to you personally to discuss your customer service experience. If we let you down in any way, that's on us and we are committed to making it right.

Thanks for letting us know that we fell short and for giving us the opportunity to make it right.

Warmest regards,

Jeremy, on behalf of webuyanycar.com
